I have had the worst luck with this company.My building uses them and I’m locked in so I can’t even get out of it.There is an outage everyday for a few minutes and no one is willing to answer the tech support line or even respond back to the emails to get someone over to address this issue.I’m about to raise an issue with the BBB and FTC.

I have been with NetBlazer for about 5 years now, in the past it was easy to talk to the Engineering team for any issue, but now you have to talk to other people who do not have the basic Technical skills then you have to wait for hours or days for the Engineering team to get back to you. NetBlazer has seen its good years, I cannot rely in this kind of service when I need my Internet connection to do my work. Switching back to Xfinity as much as I hate to go back to Comcast.Moses

Much gratitude to field technician Dave, who put in a ton of hard work to get us back up and running when our radio conked out. netBlazr's phone support may not be what it used to be, but its engineering team can be counted on to get the job done.

Terrible service!!! Disappointed! My office internet has been down for more than 10 hours, I have called more than 4 times and nobody has followed up! You have to call over and over again, and they keep you waiting for hours!

I think the verdict on gigstreem buying and ruining this company is pretty plain here, but I still want to say DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE. Support is now handled by a completely unempowered phone answering service. Scripted responses only, no actual info during or after an outage— and the outages are ever more frequent and prolonged.

Was great while it lasted, but over the last month the speeds have gone from 400+ Mbps down to 15. Numerous support tickets were opened, but there has been zero follow-up. They offered to come out later this week, but Comcast has an earlier appointment.

Netblazr is not what it used to be. I am a 5 year customer. Recently, service went down for 3 1/2 days, then for 2 1/2 days the weekend after. No customer service representative got back to. me despite several tickets. Company was sold to another company last year and now the service representatives are offshore and have no clue what is going on in Boston. Sad.

Usually I dont write negative about a service until its very awful. Netblzr you proved to be one of the worst customer services ever. We have been out of internet for 3 days and you keep someone will contact you. What kind is service is this? I am contemplating switching to another company.

The network goes down continuously, the network speed is not what you pay for and the customer service is subpar.My network went down again as usual this morning and I call the customer service just for them to tell me that their after hour support doesn’t actually support anything and I have to wait till 8am EST for technical support… why have the after hour support if they don’t do anything!? I guess you get what you pay for…

Service down 24hrs and counting in our residence at Charlestown Navy Yard.No explanatory emails or calls from netBlazr. We’ve reached out to them numerous times, but no one is informed as to the nature of the problem or when service may be restored.As a communication company they have surprisingly poor communication with customers.Until recently NB had provided mostly reliable service. I've had netBlazr for almost 10 years (as long as it's been available in my building) and everything about the service has been phenomenal. In those 10 years, I can think of maybe 3-4 times the service went down and every time a rep knew exactly what was happening and was able to estimate a time of restoration; the customer service is great. The speed is what attracted me as both upload and download were the fastest available and often what I measured (using SpeedTest) was higher than what my plan quoted. Small bonuses: no extra equipment in my condo (they installed a jack where there used to be a phone line) and I was able to use my own WiFi router—Xfinity and other seem to penalize you for not using their proprietary one. Highly, highly recommended if it's available in your building.

Used them years ago, had to leave a review. Hands down the best provider I've ever had. Only time I ever had connection issues, I called and immediately got a live person who told me exactly what happened, when it would be resolved, and offered to compensate for the time lost. Really wish I could use them again.

Had this service for a few years and I have to say I'm completely satisfied. The service is reliable, billing easy, speed is great and their tech support is very helpful and responds quickly. So glad I switched from Comcast.

Great internet provider, my building had been having a few connection issues recently, but tech support responds quickly, and Kristin was able to help me fix my router settings and manually get my connection back up and running!
