This is a great addition to Charlestown and such a good workout. You don't have to be a runner to do their classes. It's making me enjoy the treadmill, which I always thought was the worst piece of gym equipment. I really enjoy the classes offered in each room. Friendly staff and teachers, and easy parking toom

After moving to Boston a few months ago I decided to give MyStryde a try, and I absolutely love this class! As a runner I love the format of the workout with the rotations from the treadmill to the weight floor. I also love how there are a variety of class types to choose from. You’ll always leave class feeling stronger and faster than when you came in.

I’ve been going to Mystryde for a little over 2 months now and I’ve never enjoyed a workout this much! Every instructor whose class I’ve taken is enthusiastic and motivating and for someone who’s never attempted to run before, this running workout is done in a way that is not intimidating and really helps you grow in endurance and form. I can’t recommend it enough!

I've been to Marguerite's class in Charlestown twice now and would highly recommend it. It's pumped up, motivating and challenging in a good way. Marguerite's style is both kind and no-nonsense. She helps you focus on form to get the most out of your workout.

Love this gym! I’m so glad that it opened in Charlestown. Both the tread and power classes are a great workout. The coaches are super nice and encouraging. There is never any pressure to run at a certain pace, but the classes are definitely challenging and you will leave feeling accomplished. Finally, the gym is super clean and it’s fun to run in the dark room with the blue lighting. Check it out!

So grateful to have a fitness center that offers strength classes! Both the tread and power rooms are laid out so well with the best equipment in the industry. All the instructors are knowledgeable, engaging and play killer soundtracks that make the classes fly by while pushing you to the max. Love, love, love having MyStryde in Charlestown!

So happy that the Charlestown location is now open! This studio is not only convenient for me to get to, but has AMAZING classes with several different class options. I’ve been loving the workouts here!! And the way the classes are setup everyone can work to complete them at their own fitness level. Highly recommend!

MyStryde is hands down one of the best gyms in Boston. If you’re looking for some extra encouragement running, this is the place for you! Already love running but need some variety? They’ve got the best strength and HIIT classes that are the best compliment to training for that race or just running in general. The instructors are all so kind and encouraging. The classes are great for any fitness level you may be at!

Best workout you'll get in Boston, period. The new Power room is also pretty unique for fitness studios in the Boston area. You can choose to do either a running focused workout, a strength focused workout, or something which has a little bit of both!
