If it is possible to give a zero star, i will definitely give it to this place. Terrible work done on my car and i returned back with it after 3 weeks and i was charged an exorbitant fee to repair the same work that they had done earlier. I took my car to another shop, it was fixed for 5 times less and its been running well since then. I will never advise anyone to go to Muffler Mart, it is a rip off.

Thank you so much !!! You are always welcoming as a woman it can be a little intimidating going into an Auto repair shop, you always make me feel comfortable and feeling of trust. My son and I only get our car inspection in Muffler Mart and will not go any place else it’s been more than 10 years. Thank you again you are definitely here for the community with your professionalism, kindness, and honesty!!! I’m an extremely satisfied customer!!!

I had a great experience at muffler mart. Our uHual was mistakenly cancelled and the man at the front desk was extremely helpful in booking us another within minutes.

Justin helped out a ton after some complications with UHaul customer service. Was super quick and efficient in getting us what we needed when he saw we were having trouble, and also let us stand inside with the big fan while we waited.

Muffler Mart is an exceptionally well run business, always accommodating and honest. The manager Justin is extremely thorough and customer-friendly. He treats people as neighbors, not just customers. I have taken many cars here over 15 years, always more than satisfied with quality and cost. Thank you Justin and your shop for being there!

While my boyfriend and I were moving, we had so many complications with customer service for UHaul. When we came in person, Justin helped us so much and was so pleasant. He made everything much less stressful and took great care of us. We plan on coming back for any work we need done on a car. 10/10 would recommend.

We’ve been getting our fleet of trucks serviced at Muffler Mart for years and have never had a complaint! Had a problem with the brakes on one of our F-350’s and they ended up replacing the pads and rotors and gave a reasonable price. We went in late morning for service and had the truck back up and running by the afternoon! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a honest reasonable repair.

I have been going back and forth to Muffler Mart for over 6 months to complain about a high pitched sound whenever I reverse or press on my brakes. Prior brake work was completed by Muffler Mart btw. Justin kept telling me that there was nothing wrong with my brakes. On 5/31/24 I took my car to this shop again to complain about the noise and also because my car was randomly stoping in the street. I even took a test drive with Justin in the car so he can hear the noise. Prior to that I had showed him videos which recorded the noise my car was making. He assured me everything would be taken care of. Left my car there for the entire day for work to be performed on my car. When I picked up my car from the shop, as soon as I tried to back up out of the driveway, it made the loud screeching noise (that was supposed to be taken care of that day). I pulled back in and called Justin to show him that the noise is still there. He acknowledged it and told me to come back the following Monday as the shop was closing soon.
I went back on Monday and Justin told me he took care of the problem and that my car was safe. Got home, and what do you know, my car announced to the entire neighborhood that I was home. Went back to the shop 2 days later and complained of the same screeching problem as well as a new scrunching noise the car started making after I got it serviced. I told him I’m not sure of what work they did on my car but it’s making more noises than when I initially came to get work done. This man looked me in my face and told me that I was making my car make those noises and he doesn’t know I’m talking about. He assure me that my car was “safe & the brakes are THICK”. I had just paid them over $1K to fix the car and nothing was fixed.
That Friday, I took my car to another shop because the noises were unbearable. I explained the issues I was having and told them I had just had work done at Muffler Mart to address the problem. They inspected the car and told me that my rear brakes were completely worn out, I needed to replace the ball joints amongst multiple other things. They also told me that it is NOT safe to drive the car, especially on the highway. The same car that was “safe” and had “thick” brakes according to Justin. They also told me that although the front brakes were ok, there were also making a screeching noise because it’s not the standard brakes that they should’ve installed in my car. Dropped my car off the next day and had to shell out another $2K to fix. This is in addition to what I paid Muffler Mart a week before. My daughter and I could’ve gotten injured in my car had I not seek out another opinion. I’ve concluded that these mechanics are incompetent and would even consider them negligent. Needless to say, I will NEVER go back to Muffler Mart.
I think it’s important to note that women should always seek a second or third opinion. Mechanics prey on your ignorance and have no problem overcharging you. Proceed with caution.

If you do a one way U-Haul to Boston, that place is way better for returns than others - it has enough parking space for uhaul trucks and you don't run into problems getting a ticket because there's no way to return your equipment because everything is full.
