Excellent communication from the owner. I had a couple things that were missed on the first wash and wax, but he was quick to respond and make it right. He went over and above to make sure I was happy with their work. Great service!

I had my car detailed (Presidential Deluxe + Pet Hair Removal) with this group yesterday. I hadn't read the comments before booking and was apprehensive but it was booked. Wayfinding in the garage is there. Several signs direct you to the appropriate garage level. I arrived early and the technicians weren't there but there was a sign with a phone number for early arrival/late pick-up. I called and was given instructions for the key drop which was right there. Not a huge deal. I called in the afternoon to see when I could pick it up and was told it was ready. The parking validation is confusing. When I picked the car up, they marked my garage ticket and said to go to the parking office. At the parking office I was given an additional ticket that discounted the parking rate significantly ($15). I did not pay for parking when I booked the service. The car looks great inside and out. They cleaned the seat protector I have in the back for my dog. Gave 4 stars only because the communication was a little wonky and they put things in my trunk (seat protector, dog harness, phone chargers, etc). Though I'm not sure I really expected them to put everything back the way they found it. I'll be back! Definitely worth the price.

I live on a dirt road in Vermont. With the mild winter we have had, there has been so much mud. I had a ton of it caked onto the interior of my wheels which made driving on the highway like driving an unbalanced washing machine for 3 hours. It sucked! I could not drive it back like this, so I called Mr perfection, which was near my office in the seaport. While I told Jackie I only cared about getting the mud out of my wheels, he did the most amazing job on my GTS it looks phenomenal and he really went above and beyond for a car that will unfortunately be caked with mud next week. But it looks amazing now and I would highly recommend.Services: Auto detailing

I purchased the “VP” package which included a “FULL INTERIOR DETAIL”. I understood that this was not the highest level package they offered, but I was expecting a greater attention to detail to my interior than what was delivered. The center console/cup holders were essentially completely ignored, one of the door sidings was not cleaned, and there remained dust/sand in the cracks of most seats. For the $140ish price range, I can’t say that I’m completely unsatisfied, but unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be coming back to Mr. Perfection and opt for a more thorough service.Other notes:-The location in the Seaport Hotel 3rd level garage is a bit non-traditional, and had me searching for the right parking lane upon arrival. Ultimately everything was above board and you can’t beat the convenience of this location in downtown Boston-The employee who greeted me was very friendly, and turned my detail around in the agreed amount of time.-The garage parking fee was not validated and tacked on an additional $25 to the cost. Something to consider when comparing prices.

Imagine booking a one hour service, showing up on time and being told they couldn’t guarantee my car would be out in at least 2 hours, which would not allow me enough time to get to another appointment. I only found this out obviously as I drove all the way to level 3, then got charged $25 by the garage for probably 10 min. They say everywhere on the website that price of the garage is not included, which I get, but if they can’t deliver the service at no fault of mine, what gives? Don’t suggest appointments if you can’t guarantee the turnaround. Avoid.

I had a great experience using Mr. Perfection. They did a great job detailing my car, and also offered scratch removal. You can barely notice the scratches on my car anymore, and it has stayed shiny and clean for the past week. I will absolutely be using them again. Can not recommend this detailing service. Prepaid for top presidential deluxe package, with scratch repair. It is compelely obvious that they only did the basic package, did not clay or wax, and completely even missed cleaning parts of the car. So that was a big rip off. Additionally this place is hard to find, in the dungeons of a parking garage, with poor directions. Upon arriving for drop off, you will not be greeted by anyone, and you will not be given directions on what to do to drop off. When told you will be called when the car is ready, you will not be called. When you e mail to politely follow up on having the wrong service done, you will not be responded to.Until something changes, spend your money elsewhere.

They were a no show with no call for the first appointment. We showed up at the Congress St location and had to pay for parking anyhow. We rebooked for next day ( shame on us) and specifically booked full detail with extra charge for pet hair removal. My dog died the week before and i wanted her fur removed. The day after the " cleaning" I found not only remnants of her hair in cracks and crevices but also a literal FISTFUL of her hair in the rear seat pocket. $335 WASTED. Run run run like a deer away from these guys. Rip off.
