I can’t speak highly enough of the people and the service at Moreno’s Auto Collision. This is a neighborhood auto repair shop that has been in Roslindale for over 25 years. If they weren’t honest folks, they wouldn’t still be in business.
The owner, Moreno (aka Juan Chavez) and Bryan in the front office were wonderful—warm, personable, professional, and they made dealing with my insurance company so simple.
You can see from the pictures what my car looked like before and after. Not only did they fix the outside so that you would never know that anything had happened, they touched up scuffs on both my sideview mirrors and cleaned the inside of my car immaculately. I haven’t had the dashboard and seats look this good since I got it! And oh, did I say they got my car fixed in a matter of days? I highly, highly recommend them.

My brand new car was hit by a (drunk) driver and the front end was wrecked. The guys at Moreno handled everything with insurance and the appraisal. The car was restored to perfect and they did it all in less than a week. Phenomenal!

Moreno auto took great care of my car. They got the insurance company to up their estimate amount by over 200% and everything looks great. Juan who worked on it came out to make sure I was happy with it when I picked it up. Very happy with their work and service. I will be back here in the future for any auto body needs.
