Walked in the front door and the woman at the desk said hello, almost as if she was only greeting me because she was obliged to. Her face was grim and her tone was pompous. I took a quick look around and was on my way. Don't need to do business with arrogant retailers.

This is by far the best high end furniture store that I ever been.Good price, great quality! We love every single piece of furnitures that brought from here.Montage really offers a lot of beautiful and modern European design furnitures. I would highly recommend everyone who is looking to upgrade their house to check out this place.

Stop your search. This is the place to go for your next sofa. A fraction of the price of the higher end brands, with the same or better quality. The service is also impeccable. Tina helped me find the perfect sofa and the ideal fabric. Delivery was a breeze and the sofa was custom made in a week!

Very unaccommodating. We placed a large order with them and asked them to coordinate the delivery with several other furniture deliveries we were expecting, so that we wouldn't have to be home multiple days in a row. After agreeing to coordinate, these guys later failed to honor the request. When we asked if they could push back their scheduled delivery to line up with another delivery scheduled for 2 days later, they said no and they would still show up even though we told them nobody may be around. I second all the posts that state these guys are arrogant and not interested in customer service.

Laziest salesperson ever! She sat at the desk and informed us they didn't have anything we wanted. Roche boboir was much better!

I ordered the same B&B Italia bed (the Charles bed) as I've bought in the past, and when it arrived with no mattress (after also paying a crazy delivery and setup fee of nearly $900), it came with NO MATTRESS. When I called, the owner of Montage said: this has happened before. B&B Italia started a policy of not providing mattresses in the US apparently. So the owner had had this exact issue before with a customer, and yet didn't have her salespeople inform the customers. My sales person never even responded to my complaint, and the owner said she was embarrassed and would be back to me, yet also never replied with any apology or even slight break on the delivery/assembly charge (and I even tipped the guys $40 each). Horrible place with no integrity.

Arrogant and unhelpful. Saleswoman told us she wasn't interested in helping us select a few things, as she was a 'big picture' designer. When I pointed to an item, she said "oh, you don't want that, it's $25k". She literally walked away, never to return. Unbelievable.
