Prescriptions are never ready in a timely manner. The pharmacy employees act like it's a chore to fill prescription. Very disappointing!

The blonde short older lady that works there needs to relax at the self-checkout. I was navigating through the self-checkout screen and she went over and pressed buttons on my behalf when I didn't ask. I wasn't finished on the previous screen and she came over and basically forced me to pay and leave. Rude individual and she needs to relax, she's really annoying. Do better lady.

CVS is my go to store for convenience and comfort foods and almost all my prescription medications. They really do have a little bit of everything: junk food; groceries; a wall of drinks; toiletries; cleaning products; pharmacy. Unfortunately, the staff at this location has a reputation for neglecting and/or insulting customers. Read the reviews and you'll see that this is a long-standing pattern and not personal to me. Although, I have experienced it many times. THE DEAL: there are three CVS' in Back Bay. Go to one of the others. This one runs the risk of having an entitled employee try to ruin your good day!

Wait around at the pharmacy till someone decides to help you. Homeless people spread around the door etc. escalators broken most of the time. I would advise you go to the Newbury street location. They make a little more effort.

For the last 15 years I always go to cvs to get my prescriptions. It is suppouse to be auto refill as they describe but I always call since the automatic system has some issues. I did called 4 days ago to have my prescriptions ready a few hours later, to my surprise I went this afternoon to pick them up. Out of 5 only 3 were ready so after waiting for a while for the Manager( Ms. Kaiplin )to express my frustration She gave a non convincing answer at this point. So I was told to come back in 15 minutes to get the rest of the prescriptions and went back to pick it up. I paid for whatever( medicines) were in the back. To my surprise went I opened the bag after driving 45 minutes to get home one of the medicines was missing. I called again to speak to the manager ( Ms Kaiplin) according to her spelling of her name, I was waiting for another 10 minutes on the phone and finally she came to hear my complain and with an attitude and looking over my file in her computer screen she said that they ran out of that particular medicine. So how good is that??? I hope in the future she will have a better understanding of CUSTOMER SERVICES SKILLS and keep in mind that customer are the ones that paid for her salary.. Oscar G.

Stood there waiting for a person to help me in photo. Had to go downstairs to get someone and they still wouldn't come up. A line started forming behind me so I had to go searching the upstairs aisles until I found some random girl putting away merchandise who was completely oblivious that there were people waiting. I will never go there again.

This is the grossest CVS I have ever seen. The escalator is always out of service and there are never enough people working in the pharmacy. I feel bad fur the employees because they work is a very disorganized place :(

The "Rachael's Hand Crafted Wrap" item sold at this location is the most inedible food I've had to date. Astoundingly bad

All i did was give them my number and got the cvs member card and now i get all these coupons to my email that are fifty percent off and you dont need to print it out. You can just show them the email on your phone. All the CVS does this not just this one. And it has everything too

Never in my life have I thought that I'd ever leave a five star review for a CVS. But I got my passport photos done by Alaysha and she provided the friendliest and most competent service possible. Promote her please.

I had a really good experience here. I was welcomed by 2 employees at the front of the building. I was then helped by an employee when I was trying to shove a dollar in the wrong place of the self check-out stand. Good CVS, would go back.

Convenient CVS location near Boston Common which is open 24 hours. The store is across the street from Trinity Church and situated on 2 floors. Noticed the store has a security presence in the front. Understandable since the store is in the city.Though the store is fairly large, it seems a bit rundown as the escalator was broken and I couldn't find one of the items that I was looking for which was zinc. Maybe it was sold out?Overall, I thought this CVS was okay for a city store. Nice to know you can head to this store at all hours of day for a remedy if you aren't feeling well assuming they have the product you want in stock.

Very rude employees. I have been treated poorly as a paying customer on more than one occasion - to the point where I choose not to shop or purchase my prescriptions there anymore. I now shop at Walgreen's (Roxbury Crossing being a favorite), which has a neighborhood feel to it. In all fairness, some of the employees at the door/checkout stations are nice and friendly. Unfortunately, the bad outweighs the good.

Staff is overly-aggressive every time I'm in. Being asked if I need help 5 times by 4 different people in a span of 5 minutes doesn't seem helpful and friendly, it seems overbearing and like you don't trust me. This is CVS, I'm coming in to buy Q-tips and tampons, not a luxury car. Please leave me alone.

one of the security door men , followed my girlfriend into the food aisle and asked where she lived , who she lived with and if she had a boyfriend and stood way to close to her . She was alone, on break from her bartending job and proceeded to call me to tell me about this creep. She goes here often but if you're a girl alone at night , wouldn't reccomend. She also noticed that he has been watching her / staring everytime she goes. he's tall , black and older than 30 (her description)
