The customer service was very good they greeted you and help you look what you wanted. I can in a few weeks ago and wanted a jacket I had kept my eye on they didn't have the same exact design I wanted but gave me a design close to it but wasn't my cup of tea they said the jacket I wanted would be in major stores in the US like new new york or Cali I said that's fine but gave me more options for shipping but said thank you for your service and they apologized for not having it and that was enough for me to Come back again when something new comes out!

I've had an amazing experience visiting the Boston Moncler store! The staff are all very friendly and extremely knowledgeable, especially Amy. Amy was able to help style me and pick out the best coat and shoes for me. She is extremely sweet and has an eye for fashion and trends. I've visited Moncler several times and each time has been a great experience, I highly recommend!

Great selection. And their customer service is outstanding. I brought my jackets in to dry clean. They did a good job compared to local dry cleaners. And they fixed my zipper. It’s within the 2 years warranty so there is no charge for it.

I worked with Asia from this boutique and had a pleasant experience in locating a jacket.She was very polite, patient and responsive from the start and went above and beyond to make sure I received the jacket I was interested in. She also made sure the jacket was free of manufacturers defects before sending it out and did and awesome job packaging it for the shipping as well. I had very good experience there. I bought a vest online, but the size didn't work well. So, I came to the Copley mall, and amazing Asia helped me to pick up another one. It was actually a jacket, not a vest. :) She was very professional, very pleasant and efficient. We tried different stuff to see if I would like something esle besides the jacket I already picked, perhaps, for the future. :). I have only possitive feelings and words to say about Moncler store in Copley Mall.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Purchased a jacket the end of December and 2 weeks later the feathers started coming out excessively. Brought it back and one of the employees tried to say the reason for it was because I used the pickets…even though where the feathers were coming out was nowhere near the pockets and her excuse made no sense at all. They took it and exchanged it for another one which had to be ordered and sent to the store which was no problem. My boyfriend went to pick it up and when I took it out I noticed the stitching was coming out in a few places, and on the arm the material almost looked like it was pulling. We brought it back again this time the same women helping huffed and puffed about it and then came up with a new excuse from the first time which was because the chain from my purse which again made no sense because I clearly stated to her that the jacket is put over the purse and again her reasoning wasn’t even making sense to the areas on the jacket having issues. She told us we can exchange it again but this time will be final sale. We got our money back instead because $2100 for a jacket that is horrible quality in less than 1.5 month. No thanks. Back to the first visit one of the employees had rang up the exchange wrong and I brought it up and she must have not liked it because decided to mumble in the back so as we go back there to complete the refund she decides to get loud and confrontational about her mistake which lead to arguing back and forth with her and her saying we were lucky they even took the jacket that wasn’t even 30 days old the first time with no tags Lol what??. Her name was Amy. Don’t recommend this location most the employees are idiots and don’t know what they’re talking about save yourself the headache and go to a different location :)

Awesome service!! I worked with an associate named Brandon. His service was wonderful, he wasn't pushy when it came to selling. He showed me different options and I was able to find a delightful coat. Overall it was the best luxury experience I have ever had.

Customer service at a mass chain such as Target is far more superior than what you get here, at a "luxury" brand.I had purchased a vest online, it did not fit so I went into the store to do an exchange. Apparently the sales associated did not do the exchange properly and I was charged twice for the same item. I have been in touch with your Customer Support team and they confirmed that the transaction did not go through properly and have emailed the store to redo the transaction and provide the refund. Which to date they have not done. I have reached out to the store directly as well and I keep getting text messages that they are investigating into the issue. I am not sure what they are investigating as the support team has already done so and have all the proof needed. This has been going on for over a week and I just want my almost $2K refunded back to me.They are very quick to take your money but it's a different story if you are trying to get your money back.

Had ok experience. But I'd recommend if you want to buy a Moncler......buy a ticket to Rome and buy it there. You'll save anywhere from $600 to $1000. So get your jacket and a trip to Roma. That's what we did..

Had the easiest time finding the perfect jackets for my fiancé and I. Takida helped us out and helped us find the perfect fit and color. Would definitely recommend this boutique and I will be returning for more pieces.
