I recently brought my Mini Countryman to Ming’s Auto Repair for an oil change and tire rotation. Upon arrival they quickly began the work and completed it swiftly. I’m very satisfied with their service and professionalism.

I have been going to Ming’s Auto for three years and they had always provided fair and efficient service and I even referred many people to their shop. This all ended recently when they performed a replacement of the coils and spark plugs in my engine and drastically overcharged me. The industry standard for that type of job is about one hour and I was charged for four hours of labor. I was also charged two times the typical cost of the parts. I spoke to the shop and they offered me two free oil changes, but would not refund any part of the gross overcharge or acknowledge that they did anything wrong. It’s safe to say that I will never be going there again for service.

Cory is very communicative of the service they provide. Ming is very diligent and gets the job done on time. I've had oil changed, brakes serviced (rotors, pads, brake fluid change), spark plugs changed, tire rotation. Communication is clear and there are no surprises. Highly recommend.

Ming's Auto repair shop LIED to my face about labor hours and standard guides to replace a faulty alternator. Route 66 warranty told them they took 4 hours to replace an auto part that only takes 2 hours to complete. Thats not good business. He stated to me and my warranty company (Route 66 warranty) that "He doesn't work for any warranty company and he makes up his own labor costs numbers" - Ming. Another LIE because when I asked the warranty company for service records it showed that they indeed have worked with this auto shop before. In short, this guy overcharges $$$ and doesn't follow standard guide hours for replacement costs. Not worth my time or any warranty company's time. Never bringing back my Mercedes-Benz there again.

Finding a trustworthy mechanic when your life is on the road, may be the difference between success and failure. Ming's Auto's crew went above and beyond to help me with a huge clutch/transmission issue... (long story short).. They returned and replaced defective parts and walked me through the whole process.
