I was ready to leave work from Cambridge up to VT, when I lost my breaks. It was late afternoon. I wanted to get up north ASAP, with truck fully packed not knowing what I was going to do, I called several locations. They were either closed or couldn't see me. Mike's Auto repair said to safely get it down to them, they will take a look at it. I know I wasn't a priority, but they made me a priority. They took my truck right in and found the issue. They said they can fix before they close. They close at 5, they took it in at 2. I'm and so grateful for their team. Recommend this small business over any chain hands down.

Incredible service. We were going on a road trip the very next day when our tail light went out. We took it to them on a Saturday and they fixed it within minutes. Thank you so much!

I’m pretty new to Boston so I was pretty hesitant with a mechanic but Mike and Tommy have been nothing but helpful to me and my girlfriend. After 2 totaled cars, I could always trust that Mikes auto would give me the right idea on pre purchase inspections and give me a quick and painless Mass Inspection. They seem to know their stuff and don’t overcharge for silly stuff. Great dudes, give them a shot.

Had a wonderful experience at Mike’s Auto Repair! Will be back for future vehicle repairs. Came here for an annual inspection. I was in and out quickly and the process was efficient .

Amazing shop, I’ve gone twice and it’s been a painless experience. Theyre always Extremely informative. I know nothing about cars. Im usually immediately on my phone calling my dad to talk to the car people but I don’t feel like I needed to do that here. 10/10

This place are scammers, do not bring your car here for services. This shop will miss diagnose your car just to make you pay extra$$$ for fixing your car.

They were able to correctly diagnose, order the parts, and perform a wheel bearing replacement all in the span of 2 days before a major holiday. While I recognize the hard work they put in to get this done and wouldn’t expect every job to go as fast as this did, I sincerely appreciated it and couldn’t be happier. In addition, Mike, the techs and master tech were all extremely professional and helpful with constant communication. Thank you!

These guys were absolutely great. I needed my tire bumped and they helped me out for free and I intend to get my tires changed her from now on because they have great customer service. Makes me feel like the 80s where service was king and that was the life and blood of business. 10/10 would recommend for anyone in the area.

Complete dirt bags. I needed a light bulb changed and bought the bulb but didn't have the tools to access the housing. Stopped by @4:30 to see if they could swap it out. They were just standing around talking but said that it might take them an hour and cost $100 but wouldn't be able to do it today because it was so close to closing (5pm). $100 for 5 minutes worth of work? And you're too lazy to actually do it? Solid shop. Go somewhere better.

I was looking so confused I needed to put air in my tires and had no idea how to do it. So they helped me ! Showed me how to do it gave me a little education on it and I saved myself 2 bucks lol . Very nice people and will be back for my inspection next month!

Incredible service. Was ready to head to work when my car wouldn’t start. A neighbor tried to help me jump it but we couldn’t get it going. Called AAA to help diagnose issue. Couldn’t get started. AAA was ready to tow me somewhere and I needed a mechanic that could help me the same day.
I found Mike’s Autobody shop online, called and Mike picked up the phone. He told me he could free up a bay for my car, just let him know when I would be able to get it there. 30 mins later the car made its way to the shop and there was a free bay waiting.
They found the root of the issue, gave me a quote, were able to fix it within a couple of hours, and got me back on the road the same day. Trustworthy, diligent, and professional. Great experience.
