(Pre-2/19/2020 with COVID-19) Mid afternoon one day, I decided that pop into T-Mobile to ask a few questions about how to use their service during my upcoming international travel. They weren't crazy busy, so they had time to spend on me. How can I use my plan's included International service without getting charged for phone calls? How do I make sure any call I make while I am out there is using wifi calling? Is there a way to shut down the mobile service for calling? The lady suggested that i could turn on airplane mode when I have wifi before trying to make a wifi call. The fellow told me that I would have unlimited data and texting, but noted that as long as I didn't pick up a call or place one while I am out there, then I wouldn't be charged for a call. But at least it would only be 25 cents a minute for calls while I'm out of the country. Online searches turned up tips such as turning off Roaming (connection to data services) to turn off cellular data completely when you're out of the country. "If you choose this option, you'll still be able to get phone calls and texts whenever you're logged into a Wi-Fi network or hotspot. But your phone will not send or receive data on networks such as 3G, 4G, or LTE." However, I suspect that would basically kill the T-Mobile International benefit and would be a better idea for those on other plans/services. To minimize data use: Go to phone Settings - go to Accounts & sync - click to turn off Auto-Sync. They sold me a service plan for a phone that wouldn't work and refused to refund it even though their own policy says they would. I will never use T-Mobile again. Ever. They stole my money.

Unprofessional Place, they really don't know what mean customer service. They need to learn how to deal with customer. my first time on that store, they messed up big-time. They really need to do something about it.

I couldn't think of any other place better than to live at zinc Apartments they have such fashion Alora in warm cozy feeling year round just take a look at this one picture, they have such a professional staff they have events every weekday the picture you folks about ready to look at this was Hot Dog Night like I said amongst other events that happened weekly I'm just coming home from work and what a great dinner to run into awesome this sucks professionals here I'm glad that God allowed me to be in this community the folks are amazing.
