The staff at the Metro by T-Mobil in Maverick Square East Boston are very helpful. They are bi-lingual and very helpful. They were unable to solve my friend's problem. He lost his phone and was unable to reactivate a different phone but they still suggested a solution and we will be back on Monday. Metro is a great service and I am very happy with them all in all.

Worst experience ever.! More concerned with selling you accessories even if they don't work ur new phn an when trying to return it within 48hrs for credit, not even a refund to my acct, I'm told that it's my loss I should of read the receipt which you can't get until after you make the purchase.??
