Checked for local stores in my area to start a new account and Google hours said it was closing at 8PM so I took a ride over, I arrived at 730PM as they were shutting the door gate.
I asked if there was another location near by & was greeted with hostility “we close at 7PM”; I repeated that I was just asking if there was a different location nearby because online it said 8PM - she snapped back at me that it does not say 8PM online and I was wrong and “must’ve been looking another location”; again, I wasn’t upset, I was just asking if there was another location nearby but the attitude from all 3 employees was unneeded as I then checked google again and there was a photo of this exact location that said closing at 8PM but they STILL chirped me and said I was wrong.
I was astonished by the lack of professionalism, I understand if they close at 7PM - but to stand there and try to stir confrontation over an error in their own Google listing is ridiculous behavior. I was not wrong, I am very capable of reading 🤝

Went over my high speed data paid for a top up which I did not receive and they told me it was there just not showing up under account which the internet will still not work. Would have recommended metro but mobile until a couple days ago. Very nice customer service but they basically scam you for top up data

Last week I was overcharged on a phone I purchased the young immature girl overcharged me by $100.00 and assumed I wouldn't check the actual price of the phone online , customer care also checked the price on their end and they were upset they said they will be addressing the issue and changes will be made this place is a scammers dream and she basically pocketed my money I was given credit for what she did but that place gotta go or they need to put the right type of people over there people in the store are just as bas as the junkies outside of the store I'll never go there again.

I couldn't believe it as I'm walking into the store I see people buying drugs in front of the store. As I'm leaving, the people are still outside And and they Are asking for money money and cigarettes. What a dump this place is!

I don't know how Metro goes about it's hiring of personnel there is always a vast possible difference with employees. At this particular branch here are a couple of people who are extremely nice and knowledgeable which is what you really need. Another location an employee once called me stupid, which at times is quite possible, but at this particular time it wasn't true and I found it really nervy for an employee to call a customer stupid I am far from stupid. You take what you get with Metro as I said there are some very nice people there who are knowledgeable and helpful.

Maybe it was just a bad day I don't know but the two Bops at the South Bay location are very Rude. Especially the one with Blonde ramen noodle hair. Don't patron this Metro PCS ... Seriously wish the location on Bowdoin never closed.
