lol? this isnt even an offical metro store...they make up pins on your acc just to rush you into a transaction and you will regret it because when you have to verify yourself with 611 customer service they will ask you for your pin that you do not know because this individual store dealer or rep of metro made one up for you. I advise you to do your research and go to another store. The one in Ashmont does well. Going over there would be the better option!

They helped my grandpa buy a phone, told him he'd pay FULL PRICE because he already used his upgrade, but now that he wants to return the flip phone, they can't accept it because it's "now considered an upgrade". They do a PISS POOR job of explaining their terms and then rip you off!! And still tried to get another $30 out of us to switch his line back over to a touch screen!! They should be ashamed of themselves for ripping. People off that way. They just lost 2 customers of over 5 years, because the phones will be unlocked and transferred to another service!!

Worst experience EVER! The issue has yet to be resolved going over a month now, completely unacceptable.I know one thing for certain I will be complaining to corporate. People not liking their JOB has NOTHING to do with the service I should have received. No one cared it’s all about taking your money then saying solve your own problem. The amount of patience I had with y’all and it’s still crickets.
