The girl there wasn’t rude but she lacks basic knowledge and needs more training. She was very surprised that I was able to initiate a number transfer to a different device even though it’s literally on the app. I kept saying eSIM but she tried looking for a physical sim, and didn’t even know what an EID was. She even said it would cost me $28 to manually reset my eSIM but an online representative was going to do it for free. Unfortunately, I needed a physical representative to manually override my OTP. Don’t waste your time and go to a different location. How does someone work for a company and not know what’s readily available through the app??

It's a robbery every time you go to pay ? a bill every month to charge you 6 dollars because supposedly paying it online they don't charge that company every time it gets worse before you were 3 now only 6

Nice place but need more people who has experience. And the poor people that work there have to listen to the weight lifters dropping weights on there heads wonder why they are under stress anyone would be. who in there right mind would rent above a phone business. A gym I feel for the workers. I heard them drop the weights I jumped thought the things were coming though the floor.

The Customer Service is Great! They ask what your needs are rather than your wants. I went in to purchase a phone and the girl who waited on me told me there is a better deal on a phone that truly fit my needs. Thank you for the Great Service.
