“Giuliano rented tailored suits for my groomsmen and I for my wedding. Even though some of my groomsmen live overseas, he was able to conduct virtual tailoring/measurement sessions with them using specialized software to make sure the suits were fitted appropriately, and then had everyone come into the shop a few days before the wedding to check the fit and make adjustments. Giuliano is a pleasure to work with, and the suits he offers are of superbly high quality - I was extremely satisfied with the results. I would highly recommend Clothing from Italy!”

“I had a unique situation today and Raymond tailor saved the day! I snagged my pants on a whiteboard tray in a conference room and had a rip in the back of my pants. 2 minute walk to Raymond’s explained my issue and within 10 minutes my pants were repaired and pressed.

“I needed to purchase a tuxedo for a wedding on short notice. I originally went to Suit Supply but felt like they rushed through the fitting process, did not have style/measurement/tailoring knowledge, and instead kept throwing different sizes at you until something fit.
After scheduling an appointment at Classic Tuxedo, Jamile put all my concerns at ease. She started by taking full measurements, answered all my questions, had a fun personality that made the experience pleasant and was able to work with my schedule to rush the order.
I think the key difference was that at Suit Supply, they kept asking whether this looked right whereas at Classic Tuxedo, they know what looks right. I just attended the wedding this past weekend and everything fit and looked great.
Overall pricing was a little more, but I will gladly pay more for expertise, quality, and experience.”

“There's nothing better than walking into the store behind a few girls who quickly discovery its not a bakery!! I became a fan on MV and I've visited the Boston store twice now. The whole theme is AWESOME, the clothing is GREAT, my mom even makes me cookies with your cookie cutters! Don't get me wrong I was sad to see the MV store close, but that's what makes those shirts true classics of great family memories. Getting my new shirts in the munchkin box out of the "hot" oven brings out the true kid in me. The icing on the cupcake was definitely listening to the girl say, "but wait there's really no cupcakes". It's still making me smile and it was definitely a Boston trip highlight!! Keep the fakery alive!”
“I was a bit apprehensive searching for my first suit since formal blazers/jackets do not typically fit me very well. I also had a super tight time frame with a wedding 2.5-3 weeks away. I ended up having a great experience at Alton Lane! Johnny was incredible, he made me feel very welcome and comfortable when I don't usually feel that way looking for formal clothes, and he gave great advice about styling and did a fantastic job fitting me when I first came in, so much so that the suit needed zero adjustments when it came in. The suit was ready in just a week and 4 days! I would definitely recommend Alton Lane to anyone, and I now have a beautiful suit that fits me better than I ever expected.”

“I recently visited Filson and had an outstanding experience, largely thanks to the exceptional customer service provided by the kind staff! When I walked into the store, a worker greeted me, took the time to understand what I was looking for, and guided me through various options without being pushy or condescending.
The store's presentation and attention to detail made the entire shopping experience enjoyable, almost like shopping in an antique barn. There was plenty of space to linger and ponder purchases. The quality and longevity of the clothes seem on par with far more expensive brands. The only fault I see in the store is not related to their service, ambiance, or style—only their lack of a women's section! Filson seems to be reaching out in that direction, but I feel like they could do more than just pink and strange prints. I would love to see more muted basics in the collection. That said, I adore the men's collection. I appreciate seeing a company embracing tried-and-true designs with an eco mindset.
The eloquent way that Charles, the staff member who assisted me, explained each product, its history, construction, and applicability to my wardrobe shows that Filson genuinely values the products they create. I would definitely recommend stopping in!”

They have a nice selection of hemp-derived THC, and CBD products that are priced incredibly well for their potency, which is often higher than dispensaries, and does not have the annoying souless dispensary vibe. A lot of vegan choices too which is nice. They also have a great selection of hemp clothing, and accessories like hand blown pipes and vapes. This is a great one stop shop for all things cannabis. worth checking out for sure.”
“I walked into Ministry of Supply having never heard about it before—When I walked out, I'm a customer for life.Their clothes fit like they were tailored to me, and being 5' 6" with broad shoulders but a narrow waist isn't always easy to fit just right. The fabric and colors were perfect, the durability feels great. Extremely satisfied with the merchandise.Their customer service is exceptional—if I got the names of the guys working there I'd give them shoutouts. They made me feel human after a long season of setbacks. Walking out of there, I wanted to bottle up the experience of that interaction to relive over and over again. Most companies preach customer service but this was the first time in a long time I've seen people living it in their workday. Thank you guys x1000. I'm already looking forward to the next trip there.”

Other reviews complained about the selection and at times it can be limited but their inventory is geared towards their customers. “I come to this FAHERTY every time I’m in Boston. The customer service is always on point, but last week they truly went above and beyond. After taking a nasty fall in front of their store, they quickly made me an ice pack, gave me bottled water and offered me a seat. Determined to buy something after such hospitality, I chose a vest for my boyfriend. The male salesperson, whose name has escaped me, helped me with sizing and made sure the end of my experience was a great one. I’m back in Nashville (and healing up!), and it fits perfectly. Anthony and the tailor were clutch in last minute fixing my jacket which the Ralph Lauren store in Georgetown DC had not properly tailored! Would high recommend it to anyone. Il be back soon!!”

“Reviewing with how they actually dealt with a mistake. I had made several purchases in store, one of which I carried out and the rest was supposed to be shipped. They mistakenly marked several of the items as purchase in store, which meant I didn’t not receive them in person or in the mail. I called them up and the issue was resolved withing five minutes. Excellent customer service!”
