My wife and I had such a positive experience! The knowledge staff helped us quickly pick a mattress that met our needs. We were able to walk out with the mattress that day. Delivery was also available.

I had a terrible experience with Jessica while buying my mattress. She told me that I could either pick it up myself or pay $99 for it to be delivered. I later found out that there was a free delivery option. Carolina was great but she wasn't in the store the day I paid.

Customer service was good for the merchandise they had in the store but was a little disappointed that they didn't have the items that were online in store at this location. Prices were a little high.

Jessica was the best customer service rep. She made the purchase process and selection decision taking into account our needs for price product and delivery dates. She was very knowledgeable, explained everything, and never tried to upsell us.
