Mike was very helpful! It was wonderful to have a place to try the beds out and talk to someone. Buying it at a physical store helps them be able to exist as a brick and mortar store where we can try them out.

If you want the right mattress go find Luis! He went above and beyond to assist us in selecting the perfect mattress and securing us the greatest deal. He even dedicated his personal time to help us find the one we desired. I cannot emphasize enough how incredibly kind and helpful he was. This was, without a doubt, the most exceptional sales experience I have ever had.

Luis went above and beyond to help me and my friend find great mattresses for our new apartments. He gave us a ton of info in store while we shopped, and then when we couldn’t decide what we each wanted he shared his email so we could get back in touch if needed. A few days later I decided I wanted to go with one of the options he suggested, and he replied right away to my email and helped me get everything set up. I was able to get mine pretty discounted because it was an outlet mattress. 10/10 would recommend working with Luis to find the mattress you’d like at a great price!

This is a great place to buy a mattress. The range is wide enough to accommodate different preferences at various price points and everything from the purchase to the delivery went smoothly. Last, believe every single nice thing you read about Luis. He is knowledgable, efficient, and very personable; I would happily work with him again for my next purchase.

There was a good selection of products—something for just about every preference and price range. All of the employees were friendly and knowledgeable; you can tell they care a great deal about the customer experience. The return policies are also generous. Overall, a classic for a reason.

Louis was there to immediately help us; unfortunately he was quite frustrating to work with and constantly interrupted when I was trying to have some space to myself to look around. He also complained about how we were interrupting him during his lunch break. I’ve heard all mattress salesmen are a little slimy so I don’t know how to accurately rate the experience but I would recommend being more direct with telling them to leave you alone while looking

My wife and I had the pleasure of purchasing a new mattress here recently. Overall, it was a five-star experience from start to finish. Luis was absolutely phenomenal, a true professional who helped us select the perfect mattress for us. He has a wealth of knowledge and showed us a variety of options at different price points. He is a great asset to the store. Delivery was also timely and efficiently carried out. I would recommend Mattress Firm Back Bay without reservation to anyone looking for a new mattress!

In store, great experience, Mark was professional, understood I genuinely needed a firm mattress. A few options, detailed explanation of the differences; pricing, materials, spring construction. Decided on the Lux Estate Firm, Stearns & Foster top of the range. My husband is double my weight with a prolapsed disc injury, this was the best mattress that even I could feel the support (104Ibs), comfortable, not rock hard! My reason for 4 stars is I purchased the warehouse option, saved $1000, can’t be returned! Delivery excellent, changed the day with short notice, completely professional! just disappointed the mattress itself seems to have “faulty” stitching, every notch had loose threads on one or both ends? It’s explained these mattresses are used & oblige hospital grade disinfection to be resold. I can’t imagine that someone who used this created “loose” or missing stitching! Would have preferred to be told up front if it was faulty!
