I truly enjoyed my experience with the owner and the beautiful creation she put together for my bestfriend. I now consider myself to be a loyal customer and will continuously purchase whenever i have the need which is quite often. I am extremely happy and grateful to have found this boutique and cant wait to see what she has in store for my extensive mother's day order :)

I ordered a custom arrangement for $350. with a note asking for a particular combination. Not only did they not give me anything close to what I asked for but they also didn't return my call after I left a message and I when I did finally reach them they were very quick to defend themselves and not offer any customer service whatsoever. I would never recommend them and would definitely NOT ever purchase anything from this place again. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Very disappointing product for the price. I had to go back to the website to make sure I didn't misunderstand the different options but it clearly says the Standard option is what is pictured and the higher price points will include additional blooms. After spending $117 (25$ for delivery?!) my friend got 4 roses. What. A. Scam. This looks like something that I could have easily instacarted from Wegmans for $50 after fees and tip.

These are some of the most beautiful flowers I have ever purchased, sight unseen. They were carefully delivered, smelled fantastic, and lasted almost two weeks. I've already purchased my second bouquet to be delivered later this month so that my loved one always has fresh flowers from me!

I received an arrangement from Market Floral and it is truly spectacular. Most impressive, the roses are just exploding with color and none of the flowers are showing any signs of decay or droopiness after several days. They are just exuberant and huge! Love this!

I purchased a bouquet for my long distance girlfriend who was not feeling well. I placed the order early in the morning before Market Floral opened and was worried my order would not be delivered the same day. Jennifer was quick to reply to my email assuring my delivery and put me at ease right away. The bouquet itself was exquisite, extremely beautiful and well put together. My girlfriend received so many compliments on them and was the envy of her office. I highly recommend Jennifer and Market Floral for any of your florist needs both large and small. A+ all around! I will definitely be a repeat customer !

Just discovered this hidden gem in the Port Norfolk neighborhood. I reached out this morning and they arranged the most gorgeous bouquet for my MIL that I know she will be so thrilled with. So basically I placed an order for pick up because I never have ordered from here before and I like seeing the flowers before they get delivered. Unfortunately there was a miscommunication with the time so they were not ready. Luckily they stated they would deliver these flowers for me- i was sad to hear that they ended up not having time to deliver them that day but they ended up delivering them right on time on Valentine's Day and these are just the most gorgeous flowers. They were worth the wait! Absolutely gorgeous. They were responsive to all my needs and made me feel heard. If you're not getting your flowers from here you're doing it wrong! I will go to them for all arrangements moving forward.
