“On 1st March 2024, I visited the UPS store around the closing time @ 7 pm. Despite the late hour, the staff member graciously assisted me in dropping off my package. He patiently helped me with tagging the label, printing etc. which took about 15 minutes, all the while maintaining a humble and helpful demeanor. I was impressed by his professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure my needs were met. Overall, it was a great experience, and I appreciate the exceptional service provided by the staff member. THANK YOU.”

“I was assisted by Sean and his colleague, whose name I didn’t get. They were excellent. Not only did they help notarize a document for me, when I mentioned that I realized I didn’t have a photocopy of my ID and had to figure that out, they immediately offered to copy it for me. I also ended up having to leave to get a money order and come back and they remembered me by name when I got back, which was so nice. All around, their service made my experience super easy and smooth :)”
“Jonathan is probably the best UPS employee I’ve ever had a run-in with. The man treats me with nothing short of grace, patience, and absolute professionalism every time I walk in the store with a return. I’ve even witnessed, firsthand, the runs he has had with disrespectful customers, and he still continues to show up with respect and professionalism. The man deserves a raise or promotion to say the absolute least.”
“Had a request for printing - met by Eve at the desk. Needing explanation, I reviewed it with her, she understood it perfectly, gave me an estimate, I accepted - and then she completed it within minutes. It was perfect. On top of Eve's expertise, and efficiency, her social skills were exceptional. She is obviously an important asset to the office which no doubt has a wide variety of jobs and customers coming in each day. Eve is the epitome of best practice.”

The post office worker was friendly. Told me everything I needed to know. I shipped my package and I was in and out in 5 minutes”
“When I always come in this location the staff are so respectful and courteous.Despite the low reviews this store has received I can deeply say I appreciate all of the hard work they put in when handling customers service! The line sometimes be almost out the door and they treat every customer with respect. Thank you so much I really appreciate it !!”
“The employees at this UPS are truly the epitome of above and beyond. There was a line due to the Amazon kiosk being down, and the employees stayed calm while trying to additionally assist myself and others waiting for the kiosk. I quickly learned about the nuisances and complications of shipping a package to Canada, which is international, and the amount of in-head knowledge this job requires. The employees were so patient and reasonable with the customers, who were frustrated at not understanding cost, etc. Both customers by the end were happy and delighted by the help and resolution they got from the employees.
Normally, you'd probably think - why write a review for a UPS? But the service from the employees was so 'above and beyond' that it needed to be recognized.”
