My attendant Lincoln did an ok job still had some spots that needed to be cleaned but I won't be returning had to pay 32 dollars for parking while my car got detailed for less than an hour never again

I've had my maroon and light blue cars detailed at Detail Plus for a few years. Great service. Great value. Jeff and his team do an excellent job.

They are horrible. I arrived at 2:40 pm, and the guy refused to take the car His reasoning, he had two cars and they closed at 6 pm (3 hrs and 20 minutes from then). I asked if he could just do the outside. He still said no, so I had to pay the $11 for the parking garage (for 5 minutes). $11 lost and still need to get the car cleaned. Unless this is your parking garage, do not go here.

Great car wash spot. I usually don't like taking my car to the wash because some places can add some damages and it's better to do it your self but I trust jack's and will always go when I need a quick wash!

I had the worst experience here. I called ahead of time and spoke to someone for a while about what I wanted. Not once did they mention that they are inside a parking garage that I have to pay for or that they are cash only. Even when I dropped the car off the guy never told me it was cash only. As you can imagine it was a mess when I went to pick up the car in the basement of the garage with no cash. They were totally rude.

I called on 5/24 and was able to drop off my car on 5/25. I purchased the interior and exterior wash. When I picked up the car everything looks clean because they're located in a garage with limited lighting but once you leave the lot you'll see that they didn't really clean the interior of my car. The passenger side door was never wiped and when I called back and asked about it i was told just bring it back now. When I came back all I hear is excuse like this and that. Over the weekend I noticed a lot of dusk throughout the car and the trunk was never touched at all (i drive a SUV). The interior of my car is pretty clean therefore I think he thought he can get away with not cleaning the interior but the dust marks proved he didn't bother with the interior of my car. I will never go back to this place again and not sure why he has these positive reviews.
