I feel like the employees should know how to speak English. I could barely understand some of the employee's words, and it was really frustrating when all I asked them was a simple question.

Cashiers and staff are so rude and dismissive, I went to get a shirt and they said it's not in store yet and to order it online. So I order it then I literally see the shirt right there. Now they won't refund me and I have to wait 2 weeks for my full cancellation refund.

Everything was good until after I checked out. A staff member was in a hurry moving a box and she almost bumped into me. Still, I said sorry with a little smile, but she just stared back at me for a few seconds without any words, just staring very hard at me. That was so rude. She could’ve at least said ‘excuse me’. (she probably didn't even hear me since she was wearing airpods.) I would understand if it was busy around, but the store wasn't busy while I was there.

Really great experience, especially in customer service! From the moment I entered the store I was greeted and everyone was so helpful and friendly. Also, the layout of the store is well organized as you can easily find what you’re looking for.
