Should have red tape around it saying PAYING CLIENTS ONLY ? "The trials are NOT trials and we will stare you down if you use em!!"No wonder this place is always empty. Just came in, Friday 8:30am. Soon as I said my hi-how are you's, was greeted by a scowl and a sigh as the cashier got up from their post. Asked if there was anything I was looking for, and I cheekily said "no not really! just tryna look cute for my mom when she picks me up" - was not the right move apparently, being honest.I asked if there was more skincare I could try besides the one that was empty, and they mumbled something snarky about people using it all. I bubbly replied oh! no worries at all! and walked around to browse. no skincare leftover. no strobe highlighter leftover. i used a cotton pad for a matte primer. and then picked another cotton pad to try on a bronzer. "you're supposed to put it on your hand first, we put the makeup on faces for our clients" they randomly lectured in the background. i said oh, okay. it was pretty concentrated so i used a Kleenex to blend. they then said "yeah it's supposed to be for clients, it needs to be sanitized"....i was confused since i used 2 cotton balls for 2 different products, and 1 Kleenex in total. i asked "do people double dip? does it need to be sanitized?" and they said "yes" walking around the store, "people come in and try things on in the store when it's supposed to be for clients" .. i was even more surprised since there was no sign saying paying members only for their try ons— Doesn't that defeat the purpose of it being a *try* on (before you buy)? but either way they never told me before I came in, so I said "oh do you not like that? people trying things on?" and they said "It's supposed to be for clients" as they walked to sanitize the bronzer i used (once, with a cotton ball... that's not how it works...)so funny adventure here either way love when people try their darndest to make you feel uncomfortable and you just bop around and mind your own business! communication is key, and it's no skin off my back if you're just gonna be judgmental without explaining "the rules" we're expected to follow. like we're kids.weird, cos if they weren't so rude I wanted to buy a gift set! but they really don't deserve the business if they're like this ??♀️

Sept2022: 5⭐: I stopped by this location to get my spouse a designated item. I sent her a text, teasing her about the fact that I was currently at her favorite store!! LoL Uhm, yeah, joking about I was looking at a Mac store and she wasn't there to shop. Well MAC, you did it again... I was expecting to get a ? emoji, but no what did I get? MAC tell me what I received. No comment you say? EXACTLY!! A shopping list with a please emoji. I guess the joke was on me and MAC got my money instead of my wife's money. How did this happen, MAC?
