I had a great experience here as a fitness focused and working woman. I always take note when I am not the only woman in the weight room. Wonderful front desk staff, clean facility, and great positive gym vibes for a focused lift and cardio work out. I wish we had a gym like this in Baltimore.

The Lynx Fitness Club has three Concept 2 Rowing Machines which are wonderful to find and helpful to continue my indoor rowing regimen while traveling. Thank you for keeping these machines in good working order!

Lynx is a serious gym right in the Park Plaza Hotel in downtown Boston. It’s a great luxury to have a full gym, with plentiful free weight equipment, rowing machines, and air bikes to get in a serious workout. Staff are helpful, friendly, and professional. Other patrons are courteous and welcoming. I’m very weak from medical treatments and was treated just the same as the super-fit athletes who were there. This gym is reason enough to stay at the Park Plaza.

This review is based from my experiences there over 5 years ago when they first bought out David Barton's Gym, so I'm not sure if it's still the same owner as before. I didn't care for it. The staff, management and owner seemed very 'fratboyish', not creating a very comfortable or inclusive atmosphere. There was also a lot of youtubers and people there just to take selfies, which made it uncomfortable to workout. I hope this all has changed because it's a wonderful location. There isn't much else within walking distance that has newer equipment.

All the equipment is clean and works properly, even when it’s busy you aren’t waiting much for anything. A very clean and organized gym, trainers are always on the floor and happy to answer questions. Everyone is clearly training well and taking their workout seriously, I love this gym.

The Lynx fitness center is five star. Everything you need for full body workout is there. It is a very clean facility with a sauna for those that don’t like to workout. I loved it. I worked out everyday I was there.

They have 3 Peloton bikes, it worked well for me because of limited time with work.
