The toxic smells try to kill you just from spending time in the store. I relented and got my kid a bath bomb here—it burned his skin and made him nauseous and with a headache after bathing with it. Just awful products.

Jinwoo was extremely helpful and kind during our recent visit to Lush! Jinwoo provided several recommendations based on what we were looking for and even took the time to make us up several samples so we could try the products before buying. 10/10 experience!

Nani was personal and kind to me. She asked how I was doing and I was honest with her and said I wasn’t doing well and struggling with taking care of myself (including finding the motivation to bathe myself sometimes). She showed compassion and asked me more questions about what scent I find comforting and helped me choose a really nice smelling bar of soap. Nani if you’re reading this, know that you did a great job and made my day. Thank you.

Everyone at this store was absolutely fantastic, we went in today with a friend who had never been to lush before and the staff made them feel so welcome! We must have chatted with them for ten minutes before we actually started shopping. I can’t say enough how pleasant everyone was!

I am visiting Boston from Texas and as a Lushie I always love to check out the local store. This store is absolutely beautiful! As one of their larger “anchor” stores, they have more products in stock than my store back home. I worked with Chris who warmly greeted me and gave me a tour of the store. He pointed out some store exclusives, just what I was looking for to get gifts for some family. I ended up coming the next day to get a few more things and Chris was there and remembered me! He asked me what some of my favorite scents are and then ended up gifting me a solid perfume in a scent I’ve always wanted as a perfume! I love how lush always makes me feel so welcome and uplifted. Thank you Chris for your kindness and making this a highlight of my trip!

Lush is always good, and I had a great experience at this location. I didn't catch his name, but the cashier (he was wearing a mask and many pins) was very kind and helpful!

One of my best experiences at Lush. The staff here are so nice and super friendly. Thank you to Fay for making my day. I was there to return some of the Shreck collection due to it not being my type of sent, and Fay wanted to make sure I left with something I loved. She helped me pick a few new thing and gave it to me for free. My new favorite location. Will be making all my purchases here for now on.

Don’t go to this lush! I love lush usually, but after my recent visit I won’t step a foot into this store. Thanks to especially Mia, that was trying to get rid of me from the very first second I came in. I also was returning the plastic jars, from my old products, not only she just asked if I cleaned those, she also made me to open every single one of them and after she saw that all of them were clean as I mentioned, she still decided to make a comment how specifically I need to clean them. Very very disappointed and won’t recommend!

Had a very good visit! Ellis ( I hope I spelled his name correctly) was very kind and gave me recommendations that I did end up buying! After just having ann awful experience at H&M just a few doors down, I walked into Lush to grab some self care products to brighten my mood. Upon entering the store, I was instantly greeted and I could already feel the good energy. Ellis did a phenomenal job with greeting me with a smile and eagerly listening to me vent about the poor customer service and traumatic experience I just had at H&M. They made sure to listen and empathize, even threw in a nice joke and free sample to help put a smile back on my face. Thank you Ellis. The overall experience I felt and witnessed here today was outstanding. Bravo ?
