Joez and Jack were wonderful in explaining all of the features of the Lovesac. I felt no pressure to buy anything on the spot. They had some investors visiting right before I arrived and they did great job with helping me when they had a bunch of investors in the showroom. I would definitely speaking with the both of them if you have any questions about the product.

I am a very indecisive person and with the number of customizations lovesac offers I just couldn’t make a decision. I have been contemplating buying a lovesac for over 2 years and visited many stores but just never bought the couch.
My husband and I walked into the store a few days ago and had the pleasure of working with Jon. Jon was so patient with me and worked with me every step of the way. Even when we got to payment and I wanted to see another sample, Jon went pulled out the sample. He was kind and personable the entire time. The store even was close to closing time and he assured me I was in absolutely no rush. I FINALLY pulled the plug and got the couch and am so excited!! If you’re contemplating buying a lovesac this is definitely the store to go to!

We have been working with Joez and he is FANTASTIC! We visited the store about 3 months ago and he answered all of our questions and such. We were just so busy at the time we did not purchase but we stayed in contact. He alerted me when there were deals and such. Finally we went in and closed the deal today (Black Friday weekend) and he was so helpful! Thank you for being patient with us and teaching us about all the things lovesac offers! Can't wait to add on to the couch and have you assist us in the future!

been looking for a new couch for a while and had a great experience at this location. staff were not pushy at all and asked great questions to make sure i was getting the right product. it is pretty expensive but it seems to be made very well and hopefully lasts a long time. i love how customizable the sactionals are and i can always change the color and add more to it in the future. i just placed the order today so i haven't received the couch yet but i'm so excited to get it within the next week or two

Went in looking for a couch, the sales rep was super nice, showed us every option, explained things thoroughly, let us know the sales that were happening, and really convinced us to pick up a sactional. He said it would arrive in 1-2 weeks, but 3 days after purchase and the first package arrives today. Barring any major issues with the couch (which I doubt will be any tbh), I'm confident giving this a 5* review! I can definitely see myself recommending this to my friends once I get it
