Another day and the Mother's Day card I ordered my wife still hasn't arrived from Lovepop. Don't waste your time with these clowns. Save yourself some time and headache and order elsewhere.

If u could give them a ZERO I would. This is a scam company. Order from them in 2019 and I don't know why I tried it again this year. Fake tracking numbers, incompetent cu service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ‼

I ordered a mothers day bouquet and card to arrive may 12th( 2 days before mother's day) the bouquet arrived may 4th with out the card so my mom had no idea who it came from ... nothing with it then the mother's day card arrived may 6th... so a week early.. very unhappy.. wouldn't revom

It appears LovePop changed their entire website making it impossible to track orders. I ordered one card to be sent - was charged for two cards. One was sent to me (not ordered) and the other was never sent to the recipient . Extremely difficult to contact them. The original site was set up so it was easy to click onto order history. No longer.

I am so disappointed as this company came highly recommended. twice the card was shipped to me via UPS and both times I never received the card. I will give them a 2 star for their customer service. will not ever use this company again.

Don't order from this company. If you want your cards to be discreet. It's like having Amazon ship you. Your Christmas presents in clear packaging. This company is too needy with their advertising. Don't order if you think someone's going to see what you ordered and ruin the surprise like it did for me!

The card was never received by the recipient. It got within 2 hours then was sent to the post office 3 hours away and my post office. It's still sitting there with no movement for 2 days. Ordered on 9/9. I don't think they can handle any volume at all. They refunded the cost which took multiple emails. It was for my granddaughter and I'm sad she'll likely never get it. Save your money and most of all the aggravation of multiple emails back and forth with customer service. Many stores sell pop up cards... I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews on here. I have been buying love pop for years and have never had anything except good experiences. I love their newest option of including a personal photo if you choose to opt for a card message! The pop-up flower vases are great too! Sent one to my husband's grandmother in the hospital. Everyone I have sent these to is head over heels over the designs.

I just purchased my 3rd Lovepop item and the 3rd one was the Rose bouquets with the bursting hearts card for my wife for our anniversary. I had called and spoke to Anthony Ortiz, a Lovepop Customer Happiness representative. I was quoted that I would get the card between the 11th and the 14th and our anniversary is on the 9th as I ordered the item on the 4th. He said not to worry. Hopefully it will get to you early. Well it was delivered on our Anniversary and my wife absolutely loved everything. Lovepop is AMAZING! Their products are AMAZING. You have a customer for life. Thank you.

Lovepop sells pop-up greeting cards and other paper products (e.g., wreaths, flowers, stickers, and ornaments) for every occasion, including national and religious holidays, birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, graduations, retirements, friendships, get-well and sympathy moments, etcetera.For years, I have been buying pop-up cards from Lovepop, and their cards are my all-time favorite. Lovepop sells their products in other businesses, and they also have some of their own stores. Usually, I purchase their products through their website. Prices can be a little high, but the quality is also very high, so you get what you pay for. Also, Lovepop sells some retired products at a discount, such as several dollars for one greeting card.Most recently, I ordered two boxes of 6 paper roses from Lovepop for my godmother. Lovepop sold one box of 12 paper roses for $99, but the flowers would have to be mailed to me. I wanted the roses to be mailed directly to my godmother, so I ended up ordering two boxes of 6 paper roses, which could have a personalized message and be mailed directly. The total cost including tax was $137. This price might sound expensive, but the roses looked super-pretty and could last for years.The two packages took about 10 days to be delivered. This delivery timeframe was likely prolonged because of other customers' orders around Valentine's Day. My godmother emailed me to say that the roses were "beautiful" and that they touched her heart.

Love pop is an amazing greeting card company I am loving these 3-D cards you had to get one for family member friends and coworkers if you really want to make a big statement I appreciate also the pricing of the creative cards and customer service rep was awesome I will definitely be back at Amtrak union station to get more cards

I was a little put off by the fact that when I telephoned to order cards, I was connected to an answering machine rather than a live person. However, my call was returned within two hours by a delightful and courteous woman. She made it easy to place my order. In addition, the postage free mailing was wonderful and fast. They have a tracking procedure which makes it unnecessary for the customer to have to enter the tracking number. I received my order within three days. The cards are beautiful (really works of art) and of very high quality. Do not hesitate to order from Lovepop. I am sure that you will be as satisfied as I am.

Exceeds expectations! The beauty of "The Young America" card along with the heavyweight cardstock (including the envelope!) makes for an incredibly beautiful card. It definitely looks and feels like an extremely expensive card...which it is not! From the easy ordering to the personal note on the front of the envelope, the customer experience is a definite "WOW"! I will order several more!
