Lotus Designs delivered a beautiful arrangement of flowers and a balloon to celebrate an important occasion in my daughter's life. The flowers lasted over a week. I will definitely order from them again.

I ordered the Colorful Wreath for a funeral. I didn't dare hope the wreath would be as beautiful as the photo on the website, but it absolutely was - even more so. I was completely pleased. And the woman who took my order on the phone was very efficient and kind. Definitely a five-star experience.

I called after the cut off time for same day delivery, but the lady I spoke with was completely understanding and made an exception that got our flowers out the same day.Very pleasant and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

I ordered a light pink peony bouquet for my graduation, but when I received it, I noticed most of the flowers were white and the way it was wrapped was with a large excess of plastic, making it look bridal and also awkward. I expressed my discontent with the owner and he appeared combative that I questioned the quality of the bouquet but also incompetent, unable to fix the bouquet because he physically didn’t know how to make it. Luckily, I was reimbursed for half of what I paid ($50 of $100) but I had to fight hard for that refund. I promise you, Trader Joe’s would have delivered an exceptionally better bouquet for a quarter of the price and without the attitude. PLEASE DONT SPEND ANY MONEY HERE.

Lotus Designs is the best florist in Boston. They just delivered an amazing vase of flowers for Mother's Day -- probably the most beautiful bouquet I've seen, with ranunculus and peonies, lilies and roses. A fantastic selection of flowers elegantly arranged. I can always count on Lotus Designs to do a remarkable arrangement.

Coming in clutch on Valentine’s Day. Also the lady answering the phone is on top of it and super sweet. I could imagine how stressful of a day they must of had and her attitude was 10/10. Would recommend. Also, flowers were fire and gf was happy.

I ordered flowers over the phone for my daughter across the county to celebrate a few occasions over the years, and consistently was thanked for the "beautiful flowers" she received! She texted me photos, and they looked great, as listed on their web site. They also delivered on a tight timeline (my fault, because I'm in Pacific Coast Time, & I should have made an earlier call) and came through. I'll continue to trust their quality arraignments, and seamless process. Will keep them on the top of my list for florists in Boston! DEFINITE RECOMMEND!!!

I’ve been getting my flowers from Lotus Design for many years now. They’ve always delivered a gorgeous arrangement but this was by far the biggest and most beautiful of all. I recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I placed this order from LA and was surprised at the cost of flowers generally in Boston. I called around, and even though they are more expensive, the customer service I received from David was phenomenal. He really understood the vision I was going for and accommodated my price as well as the specific flowers I requested. This order was for same day delivery and I was told they would deliver in a few hours. Excited to see how it turns out and am confident I am in good hands.
