I planned for an in & out shopping on Monday before my flight home. I had to work over the weekend, missed my wife mother's day. I thought I saw some premade bag with all the flavors when I first got into town, but I wanted to wait, and planned to grab just a couple of the assortment of those premade colorful truffles because my wife and kids love them, on my way to the airport. The store has many different kind of flavors that we cannot find outside the shop. However, I had no time to pick for myself, and the shelves were kind of empty. Sadly, I had to leave the store empty handed.

Instantly greeted by the most welcoming kind person who was extremely helpful. There were customers in and out of there but he made me feel like I was the only one. Excellent customer service! Not pushy, very knowledgeable and respectful and I left with chocolate. What more could you ask for! Thank you Michael! You and your team are awesome! ???

I admit, I was not in a good mood when I arrived. A miscommunication led to me being a bit irritated with the outcome of my potential order. So how did the employee (who was actually the manager) respond to my concerns? With utmost kindness, respect, and understanding. We managed to make the order work, and I walked out with a lot of chocolate for only $33! This is a PERFECT example of customer service, and I will be back very very soon ?

We received the most amazing service from Nancy! We got stuck in traffic and phoned the store that we will be arriving a few minutes after closing time. This wonderful lady not only helped us by guiding us to find parking, she also took our order telephonically, packed it so it would be ready when we arrive and stayed way after closing hours to take the payment! This was all done with the biggest smile and the kindest heart. Thanks Nancy for being so wonderful and going above and beyond to help! ??
