I love the Lilly Pulitzer brand. Have so many dresses. HOWEVER, their customer service is HORRIBLE. While there is a number posted, you can't get through. You get cut off with a message encouraging you to write an email, no one answers for days. They have a chat bot, forget about getting anywhere with that. I wanted to "exchange" a dress I bought . . . but I guess there is no way to do that. I have to RETURN and then rebuy. I would think if I am spending over $200 on one item, I could get a live person to talk with. So so disappointed.

This is one of the best stores I have visited. They were very helpfual and very polite. If I did not see what I wanted on the floor, they went to the back to look fir it or they went online to see if it was available. They also sent all if my items back to Florida for me, free of charge and I really appreciated that, because my suitcase was already over the weight limit. Lol! Thanks again and I will be back!

Amazing shopping experience! There's no Lilly in WNY. I came to this location while on a business trip and end ended up finding so many adorable pieces. Super friendly employees (without being p**** AT ALL). I got a few things and realized later on that one of the items came in one other color I missed so I called the store and asked if it can be delivered at my hotel. Even though that's not a service they offer they accommodated my request. I was so thrilled! This lovely young lady brought it to the lobby shortly after the store closed. I call this EXQUISITE COSTUMER SERVICE!

Lilly is sadly going down hill in quality. I used to love buying stuff from them and admit I have bought a lot in the past, but lately it’s all cheap fabric from China. Since the stuff was on sale and they wouldn’t accept returns, I tried to reuse the fabric to make stuff (masks) and resell, and their general counsel came down hard on me for reusing the fabric I paid for. Unfortunately it’s now trash. Very sad.

Inaccurate hours of operation listed. Unable to pickup my accessories for my vacation. Made the trip following flying in from out of state as well. Then I was called by management informing me about “special hours” during off season. She stated the website and Google highlights these updates in hours; however, this is not true. See screenshoots. No effort was made to assist me like comping overnight shipping so I could still receive the items I was counting on purchasing. Very disappointing.

Essentially the are cracking down on reselling their products. Started off as trash, remains trash. Very sad.

I was so excited to check this store out. It's definitely a bit on the smaller side- I wish it was as big as it looked. But the staff/employees were wonderful- as I've encountered in every single Lilly store I've been to! They were great- so helpful with questions, sizing, my dressing room & once again I stayed past close & they were fabulous! I also had an exchange which they handled amazingly. I also discovered a Skort here that I just NEED to buy now! I made a purchase with AfterPay (AMAZING app- if you've never used it)! And it went great! I spent a few hundred dollars- they are also pet-friendly!! I will definitely be back & the employees are wonderful!!!

Although I love the clothes and the quality, I am highly disappointed with the staff. The manager of this store needs to undergo a training to treat customers. They lack basic etiquette. I am never shopping here again.

I love this store! They helped me find the perfect dress for my engagement photo shoot earlier this week. They gave me suggestions and were super helpful. I visited during the COVID-19 pandemic and the safety measures were awesome. Everyone wore masks and kept a distance, but you were allowed to try on clothes in the dressing room which was fantastic. They also limited the number of people in the store. Thank you, Lilly!!!

Love Lily Pulitzer and have been to many of their stores and have always had very positive experiences; however, the Newbury Street Boston location has awful customer service. I think you actually have to try to be that rude to customers / people in general.
