The sales people make the showroom! Gregory seems to have a great sense of style and is very helpful. Meredith is someone you gravitate to and she too has a great sense of style, and knowledge. I'm sure I'll be back to select some stand out pieces to upgrade my eclectic style!

I have been buying Ligne Roset furniture for 2 decades. It is extremely well built and will last forever. The fabrics they have are terrific. Can't say enough good things about this furniture brand.

The furniture as over priced as it, is beautiful, I will give them that much. However, the delivery is a nightmare. Everything in my apartment is custom made out of the US. Not one single delivery issue with any other vendor. There is no reason that this store can justify the length of time from point of sale to delivery. The fact that they will not ship anything from France until their container is full with furniture holds up weeks of delivery to their customers. The customer service here is poor. Spoke to corporate HQ , and responses are totally unacceptable. The sales associates are rude, and not customer service focused. When you purchase the furniture at point of sale they are engaged, but from that point on good luck. Totally disgusted with this place, and would never order anything from here ever again. 15k later and 12 weeks... no furniture... just an abundance of logistical excuses on their tracking ability which is preposterous since logistics is my industry. The reason for two stars is because of the unacceptable customer service. If you want to sell high end furniture, then I suggest you have high end customer service. *Please note that the response from Ligne Roset although beautifully written is totally inaccurate.

beautiful furniture and home accessories - the folks here have helped me numerous times through out the years - I JUST Bought a floor lamp from there and honestly they could not have been more helpful - I"m not sure where the previous "Ikea" comment comes from - the quality and craftsmanship of Ligne Roset really sets the bar - high end furniture is what they carry - and yes it's true it does take time to have your pieces delivered - but for me - it's well worth the wait - absolutely - i'd rather wait 6-10 weeks for a piece and love it forever then purchase something else for instant gratification and want to sell it next year - you get what you pay for here - give yourself time to look around as the store carries beautiful unique well made furniture that will make you swoon - i promise

The responsiveness, courtesy and willingness to problem solve is the reason for the 5 star rating. Last year we ordered a sectional that was problematic. Meredith was apologetic, offered a temporary solution, and stayed in touch throughout the time we waited for the replacement. The floor sample was delivered immediately, which we used until our own lovely sectional arrived. To make sure the delivery went smoothly, Meredith came to us. Mistakes happen in every business. What makes this business stand out is the fact that they took responsibility and stayed with the project until we were happy.

Keep in mind that the price point of Ligne Roset furniture is higher than DWR, CB2, Crate and Barrel, etc. but the quality and design on a completely totally different level. The Ligne Roset store in Boston provided me with out-of-this world customer service. I went in the store dozens of times and everyone was so patient and accommodating. They even send one of their designers over to my house to measure the space and make specific recommendation. Admittedly, I was a demanding customer but they did everything they could to make me happy---even custom-designing my sofa with upholstery free of flame retardant chemicals. My contemporary sectional sofa is so comfy and, as the photos attest, gorgeous. I highly recommend Ligne Roset Boston!

I bought a Multy sofa/bed for guest overflow. We have a guest room, so this sofa would get used just a few times/year. Service was somewhat indifferent to my one-piece shopping goal. They just let me meander and couldn't wait to get back to sit at their desks to do nothing after curtly answering a question. I'd have to go hunt them down for a second question. I've cared for this sofa well these last 6 years, opening and closing carefully, closing blinds to protect the upholstery when not using the room. It's being only marginally comfortable because the foot of the bed is higher than the head, so you feel "bent" and your feet either fall asleep or get cold. 10 days ago, I was converting it back to sofa-mode one day when I discovered that it wouldn't close. I discovered just how cheaply made this is. The quality and weight of the hinges is really lightweight and not built for the long-haul, and they just bent and twisted sideways. The sales person I spoke to about replacement hinges was very stern that it was outside the 3 year warranty. This wasn't upholstery or padding that would expectably deteriorate. This was steel hardware that failed quickly. Does their staff have any idea how many 100's and 100's of dollars are spent to entice each new customer in the competitive world of high end furniture? For the cost of a $100 hinge, they've lost my future business. Such a short-sighted missed investment on their part. I wonder if their management is just as stern about losing existing customers? Frankly, if their hardware only lasts 3 years, I'd avoid the store. I'd avoid the brand.

Hmmmm, I thought high-end shopping might be different than Ikea. where I wander around aimlessly for entire afternoons stuck in indecision. LR products are wonderful and infinitely customizable, and have a build quality that is assuring (not bullet-proof, indestructible). Thought I could tap their design minds to help me make a decision. I think what I wanted was a collaboration and to leave feeling inspired. I came prepared, having digital photos and a layout of my existing stuff. I think the sales person did a good job of steering me clear of things that clearly wouldn't work (dimensions, scale) and did open my mind to more layout alternatives. That's why its a three star. But in deciding what I wanted I waffled a lot because there are many choices. I would have appreciated is something more directive, assertive and clear, to say, "I see what things you like, and I think it would be awesome if you went with this...", instead of "... yes, this is one of many alternatives you could pick..." At the end of the day, if I'm spending the cash, I want awesome, not just OK. Was looking for bedroom furniture, dining table, chairs and maybe a coffee table. Left with buying the first two (Eaton table and Everywhere caseware) to take advantage of their 20% off sale, but was uninspired to buy the rest. Lead time is a good 16 weeks since Europe takes most of the summer off. I guess if I'm going to live with this furniture for a lifetime, 16 weeks isn't terrible. Will update when it arrives. Might go back and see a different sales person. Maybe the interaction will be different if they know I'm a customer.
