I wish I could give this gym more than 5 stars! I’ve never found a gym that I actually enjoy and look forward to going to until finding Lifted. When I started here a little over a year ago I had no clue what I was doing in terms of strength training, and was not confident in this area. Pat and Mo are the BEST and made me feel so supported and comfortable during every class and I have definitely seen progress! Thank you Lifted!!!

I went to Lifted 4-5 days a week for about a year and half and absolutely loved it! I miss it everyday since moving to California. I feel like it became my second home, especially with the amazing trainers. Pat, Mo and Mel are both knowledgeable about sports performance and so incredibly kind. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

It’s like working with a personal trainer in class form. Plus the owners create a really friendly and personalized environment. Been working with a trainer for two years and this felt like an automatic replacement without losing a beat.

I finally found a gym that EXCITES me to go everyday! The people, coaches, and class setup have helped me feel stronger and more confident all around. Cant thank Pat and Mo enough for creating a clean, fun, and educational environment to help us all crush our goals.

I've been going to Lifted for almost 2 years and I can't recommend it enough! Since moving to Boston in 2016, I've taken workout classes at boutique fitness studios all over the city and I can confidently say that Lifted's classes are my favorite by far. Pat and Mo are awesome trainers (and just great humans in general), who really take the time to get to know each of their members and push them to do their best every workout. Do yourself a favor and get the unlimited class package -- if you commit to going 3-4x a week, I promise you'll see results. I've lost weight while simultaneously gaining muscle and am now easily in the best shape of my life.

Great gym. The owners Mo and Pat and their team are very friendly, inclusive, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was unsure about the gym before my first class and they made me feel very comfortable and I’ve been going back daily since that first class. They are able to help train around injuries and their programs are based on functional movements and improving overall strength, agility, and health.

I’ve been coming to lifted for 2 years now and could not recommend this gym more! Pat and Mo are awesome along with all the other trainers! The environment is so friendly and motivating. And I am always satisfied with the workouts when leaving. I Would highly recommend coming to lifted!

The BEST gym. Period. I can't say enough good things about Pat and Mo and all of the trainers at Lifted. The team is so friendly, welcoming, and community-focused. I went to Lifted for almost two years but moved out of Boston last year and miss this gym terribly! The programming here is awesome -- to-the-point, foundational movements paired together in a way that makes the class fun, engaging, and fly by. Every strength cycle, you build upon the exercises and can feel yourself improving and getting stronger. I left each class feeling so energized and truly appreciated how they make sure every person in the class feels welcome -- whether that's with a quick form modification, a "good job" call-out, or even just asking how your weekend went. When it comes to programming, these guys know what they're doing. But beyond that, they're also just great people. Plus, the new warehouse-style location is SO cool, and the awesome playlists/music during the classes are an added bonus.

When I moved to Boston I was looking for a convenient gym that I could go to everyday and create structure for myself here in a new city. I had been a runner all my life, and had never lifted before. My cousin had joined Lifted and recommended I try it! I tried my first class back in December and have been hooked ever since. The class environment is perfect for someone who has never lifted before. I feel extremely comfortable pushing myself in the gym, and Pat and Mo are literally the best and give guidance when needed. I have nothing but good things to say about lifted. It is the best workout I have ever been to and the community within the gym is amazing. I owe so much to Lifted, and my transition to Boston. If you are on the fence about joining, do it, I promise you will not regret it!

I’ve been coming here over a year and have not one bad thing to say. The staff and trainers are friendly, gym is always clean, and I’ve never felt stronger and in better shape. I can honestly say I look forward to my workouts each week, they’re always fun and different.

Pat and Mo are fantastic! I worked out at lifted for over 6 months and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Their strength cycles are top-notch. The classes focus on functional strength and proper form while performing a variety of lifts. I learned a ton and quickly improved my overall fitness. If I hadn't moved out of the area, I'd still be in class every week!

Lifted is absolutely amazing. I usually get very nervous when going to a new gym for the first time and prior to lifted I hadn't worked out in almost a year. Pat and Mo (and the other trainers at lifted) were truly the most welcoming trainers who really want to help you get to your goals and get stronger. My anxiety completely went away right after meeting Pat and Mo for the first time. The entire environment is so welcoming and being able to have a structured workout in 40 minutes made it so easy to fit into my daily routine. If I didn't move I never would have left this gym and being a part of it for the past 6 months helped me so much physically and mentally as well.I honestly can't recommend Lifted enough and if you are reading this review because you are on the fence about joining I was once in your shoes and the only regret I have is not joining sooner!

Excellent gym in Southie! My husband and I have been doing joint personal training sessions with Riley and love it. Also, a great value IMO - personal training for one person is $100 per session but only $20 more for two. Definitely recommend.
