Worst place to file your taxes. Tax agents are rude. Its May and i still haven't received my taxes because of the errors that were made when filing my taxes. People please do not file in this liberty tax

I've been doing my taxes here since 2007 when Richard was the owner, so 😪 he's gone! The new management I am unsure of however, I've continued to be a loyal customer every year.. Now, I disagree with the preparation of our taxes being $500+ when it use to be only $275.. $500 is alot of money to prepare someones taxes, that's crazy so I always ask for a discount of at least $200 discount because I know it doesn't cost that much money.. depending who the tax preparer is they'll handle it for you. But I tell you to make an appt. with Toi Gonzales referred by Natasha Booker, she is amazing! They fly her in from Pennsylvania just to help them do ppls taxes. She is quick, fast, and on point. Her return date is March 2, 2019. I WOULD GO TO HER, she knows what the hell she's doing. She might be a little loud but that's her personality. In and out, get your redund, nice hefty one too, that's her motto. I would do direct deposit instead of waiting for a check to come. There is parking in stop and shop grove hall mall or in the back of the building to the left parking lot behind the laundry mat. Car will be safe but still lock doors and dont have any valuables insight. One other thing, I have never been audited by the IRS since I've been going there. Good luck and Happy Tax season! I came looking for Jackson Hewitt which was impossible to find but the family that was inside this place was so warm and friendly I didn't care. In and out before I even got bored of reading the news, service was fast, professional, and got me a nice little After Christmas gift on a little debit card so I don't gotta fool with a routing number for the bank. 5 star all day

They said open at 9 am on Tuesday and nobody is there, plus the sign outside said “OPEN†so mad. Why they play with people time like that. Horrible.

Its funny how they have posters on their walls stating if you need help with any tax questions feel free to call, and as soon as you do everyone has a instant attitude! I know its a tough job at points but do it if you cant handle it!

i wish there was a minus 1 star i could give them, they are the worst tax prep location in the country. they pretend like they are giving you $50 to get your tax done there and turn around and charge you a $49 fee so actually they only give you $1. they are managed by a ignorant Spanish lady Nidia, who treat and talk to customers like we just got here off the boat. they are unable to tell you when you are receiving your check, and their fees are threw the roof, in my case they made more money off my tax refund, then I did. they didnt look for additional deductions that might could help you get more money back and if they did they would just charge you more money. this place is criminal, tricking the black community. please stay away from this place.

Well let's see they charge me 300 dollars for thier service they lost my check NO ONE CALLED ME I called the office they treated me very POORLY and the mangerment was WORSE to deal wth they never called me back I had to keep going up thier And I still haven't received my CHECK went today to be told another five day waiting process don't let that 50 cash will tou in they come and make money during tax season they can careless about the customer that come in thier
