Run and run fast. Sadly once a great place to get tax services . But sadly Something changed and the once Caring owner Cynthia stopped caring. Prayers they return to the way they once were. Not only was I ignored as the IRS questioned my return and no help was given. I was recovering from heart surgery and they ignored me. I referred friends and they were over charged and ignored as well. They increased pricing by 50% and hid it having us sign an electric pad and never giving copies of the returns. It took calling this franchises headquarters to even get a PDF Of the returns Oh this is to repeated 5 plus years returning customers. Prayers thru tight the ship and treat customers w value and respect. It's ok yo charge any price. But you must openly tell the customer the price and always with tax prep give copies of the return snd if audited or contacted represent the work you did and charged the customer for.Here's to their becoming the once great business they used to be once more

Sam Trotman @ the South Boston location prepared my taxes today and went above and beyond to help me. He even found an error made on my employer’s side, and suggested updating my W4 so next year when I file, it will be smoother. A huge help.

Advertising via fake $50 bills under peoples wipers is at the very least disingenuous. You will never be getting my business and I will tell anyone who needs their taxes done to use another service.

A horrible place to do your taxes. Ridiculously overpriced. Liberty tax is the worest place to do your taxes . Dont go there guys that is my warning. They rip you off
