I took my wedding dress here to be cleaned and it came back WITH ALTERATIONS!!! Not only was the style changed completely (the bust was deconstructed and replaced with a giant bow?) but it was also let out in the chest and no longer fit me.
Again, I ONLY took this dress to be cleaned. I've had other items dry cleaned here before with no issue so I had no reason to mistrust them. I genuinely have no idea what they were thinking as it's a very unique vintage dress (not traditionally a wedding dress) and couldn't have been confused for anyone else's order.
To make things worse, they then held onto the dress for MONTHS to fix it with the excuse that they lost some of the fabric, so I had no time to get it repaired by an actual professional. I ended up looking like I was wearing a half-finished sewing project on my literal wedding day. They did refund me for part of the cost of the dress, which was nice I guess, although you can't put a price on having wedding photos you hate for the rest of your life :(

Reliable, friendly service. They always do a great job on dry cleaning here and have things done on time. I also love the organized email system so you are notified when it’s completed too. Both the man and the woman who run the store are very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful (e.g. holding the door when I have my baby in the stroller).
