This is a great neighborhood dry cleaner in Allston! I have used their services for almost two years. They do a great job dry cleaning, and always handle my clothes with care. Everyone with whom I have interacted in the store has been kind and professional.

If I could give zero stars I would. I came in to drop off clothes last week the employee was slow to assess my order let me know if would be ready for pickup Saturday end of day 11/11/23. Was not able to pick up until 5pm which according to google business page, showed they were no longer open. I come in today 11/12/23- because according to their site they are open 12-3pm on Sundays and it was 12:30pm and it was closed. No sign- no communication that they would be closed for Veterans Day holiday, no arrangements to make up for inconvenience. Now clothes I needed for a conference are still there and they are now costing me extra money and time because so either need to buy new clothes or get onsite dry cleaning at the hotel for the conference. Communication is key. And they have completely disappointed me. Will not return here again.
