Usually I would not complaint but you need to pay attention. The brand is great, probably one of the best chocolates you can get. We already knew the brand for years.Unfortunately this store has a HORRIBLE treatment, it’s kind of place you don’t feel comfortable with their services, from the door lady till the attendant the service was pretty bad.It is a shame because the brand is gorgeous.Rethink about the way you serve your customers. I would never go back to this store location.

If you are looking for some tasty fancy chocolates, this is the place to go to. They have some of the best chocolates I've had. The prices are a bit spendy, but you do get what you pay for. One of my favorites was the strawberry-curd chocolate. It's like a great strawberry cream shake. It's a must try!

The best quality chocolate in Boston!4-stars - i’ve paid for the popcorn, chocolate, and milk chocolate covered corn flakes, but they forgot to put chocolate (candies?) in the bag.Would have not written the feedback of not the price.

A little bit of Switzerland here in Boston. All the same chocolates and fresh bars. Yes, it’s expensive but similar price to Switzerland.

Came when they’re about to close and they started cleaning. Employees were washing/spraying a floral cleaning fluid onto the glass WITHOUT COVERING THE CHOCOLATE. Immediate no since no one was interested in breathing nor eating chemicals.

Nice staff, I was walking by and decided to try it out. They gave me a taste of a nut bar and I bought a few single chocolates to try. The chocolate was ok, but nothing stood out to me personally.
