I can’t thank Jimmy and his team enough for the sacrifices they made to repair my car last minute. I went to Jimmy’s shop years ago and haven’t had any services done since I purchased my vehicle 7 years ago because I went to the dealership for repairs. Fast forward, last night I was in a tight spot needing to tow my car to a reliable place from the dealership because they were trying to charge me an arm and a leg for a problem with transmission. I have family that still brings their cars to Jimmy which recommended him being the only place we can tow to. He contacted Jimmy who’s very responsive and was willing to help. It was the best decision. The next day, Jimmy moved swiftly, was able to find another issue (dealership didn’t tell me) and give me a better price. Jimmy treats his clients better than any mechanic I’ve been to. He’s attentive, respectful, friendly, knowledgeable and values his work. I highly recommend!!!!!

Jimmy is the owner of this shop. He is a great guy and a better mechanic. He fast and friendly. He does his best to take care of his customers piece of mind as well as their pocketbooks.Jimmy is the only mechanic that works on my car and has been for several years.

Man I can to Jimmy at twins auto repair in dorchester a mess I'm so grateful for him and his guys I had an electrical issue that was causing my ac not to work his guy fixed it I had my car back same day with cold ac I went right back the next day to have Jimmy do my coils and I'm happy I did my car is running so much better no more jerking on the highway I have some other things I will definitely be going back for soon pricing is great and Jimmy is honest he didn't try to play me cause I was a girl and he stayed in contact with me and gave me numerous updates thanks so much twins auto and shout out to Jimmy ??????????????Service: Electrical

I recently went to twins auto bcuz my car was shaking whenever I drove 60mph and it scared me so I took it to twins auto and Jimmy test drove it, when he got back he put it on the lift and seen that my rim was bent so he changed it out with my spare, twins auto is the place to go for all of your car troubles I highly recommend them, I have been going there for years they are the best.Service: Tires

I've gone to Jimmy at this shop for about a year now and every time something goes wrong he saves me. This most recent time, I had to have my car towed to a different shop and they told me I needed an entirely new engine for at least $7000. I immediately called Jimmy and had it towed to him and he saved me pretty much all of that money by figuring out what was actually wrong and fixing it within 24 hours. He is so responsive and is consistently updating me on what's going on, sending prices and timelines before he does anything. He made my nightmare turn into the easiest situation. I thought I wasn't going to have a car anymore and now I have a good as new car in days. As a girl, having a mechanic I know isn't trying to rip me off is incredible. He even checks in after getting my car back to make sure everything is still going well. Doesn't get better than this.

Let me preface with, I have never written a Google review in my entire life, but I feel obligated after working with Twins Auto. When I tell you this is the TRUE definition of a great shop, I mean it. Jimmy gave me his personal cell and updated me on literally everything about my car, let me ask questions, and even took some of my suggestions in mind. I usually get screwed over at every shop because I am a kid, but this shop treated me like family. No one in my area could diagnose my electrical issues with my G37x, but jimmy said he wouldnt stop until he found my issue. I was concerned with my car being in their shop for days, I was going to be paying a hefty price. A weeks worth of work ended up running me $350 which is a fraction of the cost other shops quoted me. I can not recommend a shop other than Twins at this point. They stayed open an extra couple minutes so I could pick up my car, have checked in multiple times to see if everything is going well, and genuinely care about the customer. This is definitely not your average mechanic shop and I am IMPRESSED. Thank you to Jimmy and the entire Twins auto staff, you guys were amazing. Dont go to your local shop, and please trust in these people and their work. I have confidence you will be as satisfied as I am.Service: Electrical

I've been going here for the past 7+ years. It used to be called Kiets Auto. Jimmy is the owner and he is the best. He is always willing to help customers and he charges fair prices. The mechanics also really know their job. I've had them fix everything from sensors to body damage. I highly recommend!

Its always a great experience doing business with Twins Auto electrical. This is my 4th time utilizing their services and I've found them to be very efficient, my car is usually ready on the same day for pick up.Jimmy takes time to listen to my concerns and is always on point with the diagnosis. So glad I found this place, after being ripped off by the next mechanic down the street from there I drove by this place frustrated and went in for a estimate. They gave me a reasonable price and did a fantastic job. Jimmy and his crew are honest and hardworking . This is the only place I would ever take my car again. Highly recommend!

We found Twins Auto in an emergency situation when our car broke down late on a Friday night and was towed to Twins. Jimmy was incredibly responsive the next morning and had our car ready to be picked up early that afternoon. Would highly recommend Jimmy to anyone needing auto service in Dorchester!

Jimmy and his boys did a great job on my car. After taking it to the Acura dealership in Westwood and those scam artists inflating the price of getting my axel seal replaced, I called Jimmy. He told me to drop the car off and he would take care of it, and he did and for half the price! Very knowledgeable mechanic with great work ethic and personable attitude. You won’t be disappointed! I live a ways out from his shop but I don’t mind bringing my car here because I know I’ll be taken care of
