Worst staff there, didn’t even say anything when I came in, and not giving samplers at all. If you don’t want to do you job then don’t make it your customer’s problem.

I bought some products when they have a 40% promotion and want to check the batch code at store but they not allow me. When I bring it home and check, the production date was almost 3 years ago, so I have to return it. When I bring it to the store to return, the staff who did the return was extreme rude. She kept informing me that the return products will become trash, but I think when it was out of date it would become trash anyway. Also, if you apply your family point when you purchase, you will not take it back when you return, so I will lose $50 from my 500 points if I return. I love Kiehl's product but I can't rate this store higher than 1*.

Went into the shop today and the assistant was miserable and unhelpful. We were the only ones in the store. Ended up leaving without buying anything and went to Sephora instead.

Just got done an incredible shopping experience at this location. Colyn the manager took the time to do a skin evaluation on me, recommend products for me and my fiancé, and was so personable and sweet. I ended up leaving with a lot of my classics plus trying some new things. It literally felt like a Masterclass in skin! Red recommend. Ask for Colyn

I love Kiehls products! I have a bad review on this location due to a bad or disrespectful customer service. I was assisted by a first worker who was really nice who gave me great advices etc. but later as I was still browsing the store another worker assisted me instead. Asking question she doesn’t really give out much information and focuses on her cellphone. Finally, I brought my items to the counter and she ask me what samples I want. I ask what I really wanted to try out which was the pore tightening concentrate but instead she told me “you don’t need that” just take this with an attitude of being annoyed by me as I kept asking questions earlier. Uhm clearly I really wanted to try it and she does not know my skin issues. As she was ringing my order she’s still uses her cellphone like she’s on break. I really wish I had the previous lady who helped me at first but she left to the back ?.

Today is Xmas eve, this store is still open. Staff are very friendly and professional. I bought a super corrective cream over there...it is a great and pleasant shopping experience today!

The Kiehl’s website took back a rewards coupon that was applied to my account along with the points I had and they also canceled my order ?but I happened to pass by the store the other day to see if there is any luck. Beyond my expectations, the curly guy (sry I didn’t catch his name) was very patient and friendly to apply the same discount for me. I saw there are quite a few dissatisfied customers leaving one star reviews. Well, the store is still worth visiting and let’s go to the right person!

I have held Black Diamond status at Kiehl’s for years, and this location provided, hands down, the worst customer service I have experienced anywhere across the country.Stopped in to grab a couple of things and inquire about snagging a sample of a masque I was interested in. I was immediately approached by an associate and flagged the sample, as I am a frequent customer and could easily find the other items on my own. Her response was to look me up and down disdainfully, and respond that they did not have the masque sample...without making an actual attempt to move or inquire about the masque at all. This was pre-pan, and I was barefaced and in workout gear, in addition to being small and mixed-race, so maybe she just thought I wasn’t worth the time. I turned around and left without purchasing what I had come in for, and have not returned to this location in the time since, nor will I ever. I have been actively pursuing other skincare lines to transition away from this brand — not worth the disrespect.
