I love Kendra Scott. It’s the only jewelry I own, not kidding. I go every year on my birthday month to get the 50% off. Yesterday I went and couldn’t find something that I liked on the selves, so I did the color bar to create exactly what I wanted! Magaly was so sweet and helped me with my million of questions and showed me a ton of different options I could create with the color bar. She was so patient and extremely helpful! I love going to this store, the employees always seem to genuinely care and make sure you find exactly what you are looking for!

Love the jewelry, but I'm frustrated beyond belief that there's been an issue every time I have set foot in this location. The first time, I purchased a few items. They will hold your selections up front while you shop. I asked for a pair of earrings, and what I handed them was not what I walked out of the store with. They ended up giving me the wrong color and it cost $10 more. They wrap everything up, so I was unaware they switched the item on me. I returned to the store the next day to rectify the issue. The girl was unable to provide me a refund to my card - there was no record of the receipt attached to my email. Someone must've keyed in my email incorrectly at the time of purchase. They offered me a gift card, which was unacceptable because it essentially forced me to buy something else because of their mistake. But I took it without fuss because I really had no choice. Fast forward a couple of weeks, I decided to give the store another go because I had my eye on some other pieces (guess that gift card came in handy). I made sure to get a paper receipt and double check my items as soon as I left the store. I looked at the sale amounts thinking all was good. When I got home, I looked at the receipt again and noticed they overcharged me by $20 on one bracelet and $2 on another. I misread my receipt because they were discounted, but turns out they discounted me on the wrong price. I don't live close by, so I'm pretty angry I have to make another trip out there (trying to limit my commutes into the city due to the pandemic). I guess this is a lesson learned: always check your receipt and items before you leave the store. I get this is a new location, but have never had this many issues with a single retailer in such a short amount of time.

I went into the new Boston storefront today and it was great! Liz was a huge help and helped guide us through our whole purchase! Loved the store and the service.
