Great customer service including helping customers products carrying outside at the parking lot. Great collection, great staff including who can speak Spanish. Lots of parking space specially being in Boston where you don’t have to park your car on the street.

You always find what you are looking for, a wide variety of wines, liquors and beers, the service is good and there is already a girl who speaks Spanish.

a lot of the staff here is dope, but man there's a couple female cashiers that could not care less about their job dude they wont even look/say anything to you when checking out. like it almost seems like me shopping there is like ruining their day its nuts

It's a liquor store with a bottle return. It's not fancy. It has a decent beer and wine selection and for MA is pretty reasonably priced - what's there to complain about? All the staff are friendly enough and the manager is a gem of a dude. Plus they have treats at the counter for dogs. A+

Kappy's is a Boston institution. I was really glad to find one in East Boston when I moved there. Their liquor, beer and wine selection are really great. I've found limoncello, a maple liqueur, and craft beer from Minnesota there. I never wait in line that long and staff are friendly. I do wish their craft beer section was a little bigger.

Great staff, great selection, store is always clean. Staff is always so kind to my dog when we come. Lovely to be able to shop at a chain but have it feel like a local community spot. Thanks to everyone who works here who makes it easy for a Dog Dad to come in with his pup to get some real good beers :)
