This is the first time I have seen an organization that receives funding from USAID do such a poor job. They do not pay money for services and there are many financial irregularities. And there are problems with taxes. I do not advise to work with them.

Complaints are not considered. The work stands. U.S. taxpayers' money is being wasted, I think. The FBI needs to look into it more closely.
