My best friend and I had the most wonderful time at Fluevog. The two staff members were superb! They were knowledgeable and helpful. I bought my first pair in 25 years as well as some cute socks. We can’t wait to go back , thanks Fluevog!

This place is a shoe icon landmark! Not sure how it barely has any reviews but they have a phenomenal selection of expertly crafted and unusual looking shoes! Loved by many, and popular with musicians in the 90's, the John Fluevog shoe company has been quietly honing their craft since 1987. Glad they are still making a big splash with their shoe designs, saw they had a pic of Lady Gaga in their shoe designs on the wall. Was over the top delighted to go to a brick & mortar store, have not been to one in years. The staff were super friendly and accommodating for any shoe you want to try on. Felt really special in here and the staff are excited about the product and their enthusiasm is fun and infectious. Would highly recommend at least trying on some shoes here and buying a pair of you do not own any. The shoes are so well made, comfortable, and above all else just interesting to see.the shoes are not cheap, but they are gorgeous and they last forever!

Very poor customer service! I bought 3 pairs of shoes for myself and one pair for my daughter. We went back to the store the next day so my wife could buy a pair of boots she tried on, in the store. When we returned home she tried on the boots again and decided she did not want them. She literally wore them around the house for 3 minutes, never stepped outside. When returning the boots, the manager indicated they were "not in sales worthy condition". If these shoes cannot handle very few steps at the store, and very few steps at home, on hardwood floors, then there must either be something wrong with their product or this store does not know what customer service is. I am going with the latter. Oh, and store manager, please do not bother to respond to this. We have had enough of your malarkey.

I'll start by saying that this review is not for this location specifically, but for the company as a whole. I have tried reaching out to the company through the contact options they have listed on their website, but I have received no response. This is my closest location, so that is why the review is being left here.I've been a customer for a long time. I have always appreciated the style and quality of the footwear that they offer. Customer service has always been decent. However, there was a quality issue with my most recent purchase that nobody at the company will assist me with.I purchased a pair of new boots and the first time I wore them I got caught in some light rain. I wiped them off right away. But not only were there water marks that showed up right away, but the dye ran as well. I had the "care instructions" that came with the boots, and so I went out and purchased the recommended care products. Then, to make matters much worse, when I applied the recommended product, more of the dye came away from the boots and they now look blotchy. Keep in mind I've worn these boots a total of ONE time. Anyway, that's the whole story. I got a poorly dyed pair of boots and the company won't address it or do anything about it. Very disappointed and unfortunately this will probably be the last time I shop with this company. Not sure what this review will mean to anyone reading. Up to this point the quality has always been great. I've never had a complaint before this incident, so I'm not sure if the way they've chosen to handle this is normal for this company. Best of luck to anyone buying footwear.

Took shelter in this super cool shop during a sudden rain burst and it was an EXPERIENCE. The shoes in here are out of this world. The creativity that goes into them is amazing and you can tell that they are of excellent quality. The prices do match the uniqueness and quality construction of these shoes. Each shoe has a back story and the staff know all about each one. The two folks working in the store that day were so friendly and down-to-earth. They picked out styles for us to try on like they'd known us for years. Truly a great experience!10/10 would recommend.

Oh what a dream! Shapes and colors!! The quality is to die for. I love every single shoe in here but what I love the most is how much the sales people truly love and know the product. Justin helped us and they were so excited to show so many different styles they thought would suit us! Justin has an exquisite sense of style and was skilled in reading my style as well to bring out the best options for me to try on. 10/10 would recommend giving Justin a raise and coming here again ❤️

I order all my shoes from this store and have them shipped. The best customer service I have ever received. Always exciting to get your shoes in the mail and a special note from who packed them. Like you Rock those shoes! They always include a dust bag for your shoes, groovy pins, and logo stickers. I love John Fluevog's shoes. They make you feel extraordinary, and your feet feel like heaven on earth ?.

I love Fluevogs. I can't wear any with high heels, and they're spendy as hell, but they're unusual and pretty and every so often I allow myself a pair on sale.
