I went there last week and got dip with extensions and 3 out of my 10 nails are already lifting, and one has already popped off. That’s why I’m giving it 1 stars. Another issue I had as well is while the guy who worked in the middle section was doing my nails, someone talking him with different language. I will not be going back there to get thine fixed as I’m worried this issue will happen again. I will be going to another salon in hopes that those nails last better than these. And for 65+ bucks for nails, it’s unacceptable for this to be happening two days later when All I have been doing is reading books and doing light cleaning.

There's a reason why they have a 2.5 star rating on Yelp. The people that work there are very rude and unprofessional.

my favorite nail salon in Boston! I am a loyal customer. Good prices and amazing attention to detail by all the workers. Nails last forever!! Still have polish on from 2 months ago.

Recently I got a pedicure here, where it required that the nail tech refilled my big toes because they formerly had acrylic on them. After filing my toes and refilling the two toes he barely gave me an actual pedicure. Didn’t remove any calluses or scrub my feet. Just lathered and rinsed. Oh & I requested basic white gel. To my surprise after giving me the absolute BARE minimum he charged me a whopping $70. I felt I was charged unfairly for the work done and probably won’t be going back.Service: Pedicure

My nails came out well. I really liked the drying machines that they have (I think a lot of salons just have you air dry if you have standard nail polish), they save time and you’re less likely to have messed up nails straight out of the salon. The staff was nice, but didn’t offer too much guidance about what to do, so if you’re a first timer like I was you might be a bit confused. I think I should have gotten gel nails to make it a bit more worth it, but when comparing prices, this is pretty good. I’m cheap, so the $27 including tip felt like a luxury for 1.5-2weeks of nice nails.

Did an eyebrow threading but the lady did a terrible job!! Aside from tearing my skin from the eyelid, she also plucked most of the hair on my eyebrows leaving it too thin. While she was doing the service she keeps on getting out of the room and keeps on doing something on her phone. Worst eyebrow threading experience I’ve ever had. Don’t go here.

This place was terrible. I told the lady not to cut my cuticles but she kept asking to. I know it made sense to, but I don’t want an infection. She was being nice about it until I caught her trying to cut it anyway. She was cutting it and then when I told her to stop she laughed and stopped. Worst thing, she did it AGAIN and I kept telling her to stop but she wouldn’t. They were nice but the service was terrible. I waited for 5-10 minutes for someone to do my nails when most employees were just standing around and talking to each other. The result was okay though.Service: Manicure

Pretty good nail salon. The owner did a great job with my eyebrows and one of the attendants did great with a pedicure. I asked for a design on my gel manicure and she complained the whole time and tried to convince me to do less after agreeing to the design. Overall, okay experience but I didn't enjoy having to encourage the nail artist to do a job they agreed to. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.

Ok- I get that this place is not the most relaxing atmosphere- people are running around everywhere and it's low-key unhinged. But! I went in last weekend to get a manicure and somehow also had heat stroke from sitting outside for lunch and nearly fainted in the chair. The ladies were so kind and concerned, fanning me, giving me water and leading me to the bathroom. They turned up the AC after I returned, let me sit near the fan, and made sure I was comfortable and cool. That in and of itself deserves 5 stars. My manicure was also just a good manicure! I got a regular no frills sheer pink manicure- regular is $20, I got gel couture for an extra $5. It looks gorgeous even on day 5 (2 chips, but for normal polish, thats expected). The experience isn't relaxing as it's kind of in-and-out in 20 minutes, but if you're in a pinch and just need your nails fixed, I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat. Thank you to all the ladies there for making sure I didn't pass out with wet polish ?

I walked by this nail salon after others were booked or had minimal availability on Sunday & I was pleasantly surprised. Although pretty empty when I arrived, a few girls did go in after me. They got me in right away, reasonable prices ($55 total pre tip), detailed service (I just get standard mani/pedi with reg polish) I'm new to the area so was curious about the drying process here due to walking & I had brought slides just in case. But I sat at the dryers for a while before she added cuticle oil, wrapped my toes in plastic wrap & slipped my shoes back on (interesting but fine) my only complaint is that there is a little bubbling on one finger nail from the top coat, and a smudge on one of my toes from after walking home. But all things considered, I'm happy with it. Will prob stay at the dryers longer next time & wear shoes that are not as tight. Oh also you can only tip by cash or Venmo which they don't mention verbally, just some random signage. I will return for my basic nail needs, Thi was great
