I may have just found the best mechanic shop in Boston! I don't know any of their names but, they didn't charge me for a small problem I had a couple months ago that helped me get my sticker finalized. So when my axle shaft went, I decided to give them a try. The guy was honest and efficient with the time he needed. They vacuumed my vehicle. It was all very quickly done. If anything else comes up, I know where I'm going!

I called this place once a week for 3 weeks to get my vehicle undercoated with fluid film. Every time they took my info, said they would call me next week. No effort to call back a customer over and over again. 2 stars instead of 1 because i dont want to hurt their business.

Best place to take your car! Friday before Christmas weekend, no shops were taking my car. Even with a busy schedule, Jerome took his time and fixed a missfire in relative no time. Very happy with the service. Will be definetely coming back

Just bought a 2004 Honda Civic and needed a mechanic I could trust to check out the car and do needed maintenance - and didn't want to be charged high prices of dealers. Found JCB Auto on Yelp - great reviews, so I called and made an appointment. Jerome is friendly, very knowledgeable, and treats your car as if it were his own. He is thorough and upfront in his mechanical diagnostics and was quick to accommodate the work needed with quality workmanship and affordability. He even showed me the old parts taken from my car....I highly recommend JCB Auto!

Jerome and Esmeraldo are the best! I’ve taken my car here for over a decade. No matter the problem they fix it. They are straight shooters, to the point, and go above and beyond to deliver a quality repair with top service. Fast, reliable, and HONESt. I’ve had Japanese cars, American cars, even a German car at one point and they are hands down the best car guys you can find in the Boston area! Now I live in California and wish I had them to help me with my car issues out here. Don’t be a fool, bring your vehicle to JCB auto!!
