Extremely rude interaction with a woman worker here. Came back after buying a charger and cord combo that didn’t work properly with my laptop (not a faulty wire, just the wrong wattage).Handed the products in their original packaging along with a receipt back to the lady saying “I’m returning these, they don’t work for my laptop”After some time she then accidentally charged me instead of returning them (no problem, everyone makes mistakes, probably just didn’t hear me. We can just do two returns now to cancel them out)Instead, she started getting angry with me and accused me of “playing on my phone” and not paying attention (do I need to watch with bated breath for you to scan items?)She then tried to1. Deny my return because “the box was open” even though I had used it just once to try it, and the return policy says nothing about open products2. Demanded I take out my laptop as if I was the one that didn’t understand what charger I needed. I then explained to her the difference in how different blocks/cords have different wattage3. To top it off, I just realized after getting on my plane she only did a return for the original purchase, and not also for the 2nd accidental checkout0/5, don’t tell me to “be respectful” when I’m being calm and you’re accusing me of your mess upNote the original guy that checked me out was super helpful, I noticed when I first came that she barked at him to help me and was generally rude to him as well.

The saleswoman was fine but the apple 2nd gen pen was 196 dollars instead of 129 which is apples standard price. That is a huge difference ! Boo!

I understand it's an airport store and prices tend to be higher, but $20 for a lightning cable is ridiculous. Go to the Best Buy kiosk and pick one up for $12.

First of all, this place is inside security. Secondly I called them in advance to check on the part I needed and told them I lived in the neighborhood. They did not tell me and totally wasted my time waiting outside security for 20 minutes to come out.

The worst customer service I've had in over a decade. The sales associate was rude and condensending and I have purchased a number of headphones at this location. I will not be purchasing anything ever again from this store.

They had the macbook pro cable i needed when i needed it, and the service was polite, friendly and helpful.

The customer service was great! I requested to try on some headphones and they let me wear them, following information about the product. Nice store.
