My experience working with Kevin has been a complete disaster. Not only was he unethical and dishonest, but he kept raising the price on numerous occasions of the custom piece after the deposit was paid. There are better jewelers out there that are more knowledgeable and who do business the right way.

I don't think there's enough kind words to say about Kevin and Jina, they treated me like family. There was no pressure whatsoever. Kevin designed exactly what I was looking for and my ring is a one of a kind. Everyone I show the engagement ring to is speechless and amazed how stunning it came out. Kevin's warm personality and kindness is what I found most impressive. I did not feel it was a normal buisness transaction that is cut and dry we have developed a friendship that will last a lifetime. I had Kevin redesign a ring I previously bought and the result I was speechless as well! Kevin is the best jeweler to go to for rings and all faucets of jewelry! There's not enough stars to leave to truly show my gratitude and appreciation of Kevin.

There is no better place to find an engagement ring in Boston. Kevin and Dan were accessible and generous with their time. They made the process easy and enjoyable. The quality of the craftsmanship is exceptional, and the price was affordable. We could not be happier with the final results. We will definitely be going back for our wedding bands!

I could not have asked for a better experience in designing an engagement ring for my now fiancé with Kevin. He was very helpful throughout the entire process and certainly went above and beyond in helping me navigate how to ship jewels. Kevin was so amazing to work with and just so kind. I wanted to make a special engagement ring incorporating my mothers diamonds and gave him the idea for a design. He and his designer nailed it the very first time and it was so beyond my expectations. The ring was done in under three weeks from our first appointment and the cost was beyond reasonable. My fiancé and I are so grateful for the recommendation of his services and will refer him to all of our friends. :)

Kevin made exactly what we wanted. The detail of the ring is amazing. He picked the perfect stone. He respected our budget and delivered the product. 3 years later and I still get compliments on the ring. We also bought diamond studs from him and def will buy more.

Kevin and his wife were so nice and helpful finding my engagement ring and wedding band. The rings are so pretty. He was not pushy at all during our time in the store. He worked with us to make the ring exactly like I wanted. We sent emails throughout the week after leaving the store to confirm details. The prices were right too!!!

There is nobody in the Boston area better than Kevin! In creating the perfect ring for my fiancée, he was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He communicates extremely well, and is a total expert. He sourced multiple diamonds for me to select from and knew exactly which features to optimize for the diamond based on my budget. I'm a happy bride-to-be later this month, thanks to Jina and Kevin! My fiancé bought my engagement ring from International Exchange and we just recently got the wedding bands for both of us! The owners have been extremely welcoming and accommodating to our preferences, timeline and our budget! Having known nearly nothing about diamonds or wedding rings, we were about to blindly purchase overpriced rings when we came into this store at Boston's Diamond District. With the little research that I did, I was not sure of what I wanted for the ring, but both Jina and Kevin were extremely patient with us the entire process. They even hunted for diamonds with bigger carats with equivalent price and quality! We feel like the owners genuinely care for the customers as they enter the deal of marriage! I also think that they have some of the most sophisticated designs and settings. Couldn't have been so satisfied with the engagement ring, have gotten countless compliments on it. Definitely recommend!
