Kayla is patient. She listened to my concerns, the description of my space, how I wanted to live and feel in that space. She patiently considered a variety of options bringing her ideas to life in my mind with textures, colors and structure. I look forward to completing my project with her.

Visited the Newbury St store 3/29/24. Great to see, touch, & sit on this good quality furniture. The Boston staff is wonderful! Heaven, Eric, & Stephanie are knowledgable, helpful, and delightful. They answered all my questions and a few I didn't even know I needed to ask! Highly recommend.

Amazing service, incredible quality and super happy with my purchase! The team online and in the Boston store were incredibly helpful. Wait time was about 10 weeks but honestly worth it since I got a custom piece that is exactly what I wanted and fits our space well. Do not hesitate to buy from Interior Define. All the craziness they experienced the year before last seems to be entirely worked out and you will not regret your purchase.

I clicked the generic online chat button and have never been so impressed w the customer service I received. I had so many questions, mostly about colors and real photos. I looked on IG but didn't see many of the colors I was looking for. Heaven took the time to send me real photos of color after color and wasn't even kinda annoyed when I went with a color that was featured many times on IG. She sent exact specs for measurements included in the custom changes I made and just made it so easy.Beyond that, there were already two friends helping me make this choice and Heaven felt like a third, full of valuable input and great feedback. I really couldn't be more impressed and am so grateful for Heaven's help.

We decided to go with Interior Define after trying a friend's couch who highly recommended them. I was still hesitant after reading some of the bad reviews, so I wanted to take the time to report that we had a great experience start to finish.First, we absolutely love this couch. We sprang for the extra wide chaise and single cushion across the loveseat. It's so great to be able to cuddle together on the chaise, or both fully stretch out for a nap! We very comfortably fit two people and a 100 pound dog with room to spare.Allison helped customize our quote, making sure to double check the measurements and helping us get the best price available!Our friends ordered during covid and warned us their couch took about 6 months to arrive. However, we ordered in mid-April 2023 and get our couch by the end of June! I believe about 9 weeks total. We also got about 4 update emails as our couch went through the fulfillment pipeline.

Do not purchase from this company. They filed for bankruptcy and never paid back a number of customers; several ongoing lawsuits. I paid over $3,000 for a couch, never received the product, and was told they could not reimburse customers for undelivered products anymore because they “ran out of money”.

We had so so many questions -- about everything! ...And they both were so gracious and knowledgeable and able to give honest feedback and creative suggestions without making us feel rushed or pressured. We walked out of the store happy to have met such helpful and personable people and delighted with our choices! Kayla was beyond helpful in our chat. Not only did she get answers to the questions I had, but she walked me through the process to do what I needed to. When I got disconnected from the chat and came back on with someone else, Kayla hopped on and finished the conversation with me.
