  I was in the Seaport store today because I had made an appointment to create my wedding tuxedo. My fiancé and I were very excited to work with Indochino after hearing good reviews about other locations. We chose this store because it was the closest to us, but from the moment we walked in the woman (I believe her name was Cheyanne) could not have been any more uninterested in helping us.
  She was short in her tone, giving the bare minimum for answers. When we wanted a little direction she could not have been any less helpful. She had a very bored tone in her voice, looking for any excuse to step away.
  This was extra frustrating because across the room the other employee working seemed to have a much more friendly demeanor and was very attentive with the couple she was working with.
  
  The appointment seemed to be going nowhere, not to mention the store had to have been 100 degrees, no exaggeration. How can a suit shop be that hot in the middle of summer? So we stepped outside to regroup. When I tried to go back in and explain why we were unhappy she expressed zero concern. When we finally decided that we needed to leave because we were so disappointed in the service she acted so blasé and unbothered. She showed no effort to turn the appointment around into a positive one. As we walked out she said “Ciao” in the most condescending tone, as if we were in the wrong.
  
  Honestly shocking that this type of behavior would be allowed in a store. Shame on them!

  Bishman at Indochino in Seaport is a true expert. Highly satisfied with our experience with him. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the suit, and has truly made us want to come back for more! We will definitely be back to Bishman for all future suit needs.

  The showroom was beautiful. The lovely woman with the long blonde hair took care of me. She made great suggestions and was extremely knowledgeable about the fitting and fabrics. I highly recommend a visit.

  I went just over a week ago for a suit fitting. I can't remember her name for the life of me... I think it's Cheyanne. When I tell you this woman made this the most welcoming suit fitting I've ever had, I mean that. Everything was thorough. AND my three piece suit was cheaper here as a custom fit suit than Men's Warehouse.
  
  I live up near Concord, NH and THIS location was well worth the drive. I will be back for another suit in the future. BELIEVE THAT!!!

  I got fitted for a suit yesterday and had one of the worst sales experiences in recent memory. I walked into the store for my appointment and the sales rep just looked at me and didn’t say anything. Immediately I felt that there were a million other things she’d rather be doing than help me.
  
  I said I was here for my appointment and she said “ok pick a fabric” and pointed at the fabric rack. This was a similar experience for choosing each option of my custom fitting. When I would ask for her opinion or what was more popular, she would respond with “it’s up to you”. Not helpful at all
  
  Finally at the end of the fitting, I told her that I had a coupon for a $75 discount. This seemed to upset her but said she would apply it. I go to swipe my card and see the price had not changed. So I asked her to apply the discount and she rudely said she wouldn’t. If I hadn’t spent over an hour at the store I would have just asked to cancel the order so I could take my business elsewhere.
  
  Moral of the story, if you are going to shop at Indochino in Seaport, make sure you have every facet of your suit already decided upon and know your measurements. Otherwise don’t go.

  Suit was very low quality and did not fit properly. Dress shirt was poorly stitched, with multiple hanging threads. Follow-up appointments (for alterations after you’ve purchased a suit) have significantly less availability than regular appointments (where you buy the suit), so they’re clearly artificially restricting availability to avoid having people come back for an appointment during which they can’t charge you more money. Don’t waste your time—there are lots of other companies that will sell you a much higher-quality suit for a comparable price.

  Working with Bishman was an absolute pleasure. He was knowledgeable, kind, easy to talk to, and gave great advice and feedback in regards to measurements, fit, style, pattern, fabric. He really helped with coloring and how things would look in certain lights, what matched well with what, etc. Overall it was a great customer experience. Thanks again Bishman!

  Went to the Seaport location for suits for my sons for one of their weddings. After a very rude woman completely looked at us and turned away without any greeting, the two employees we had appts. with were fantastic and very welcoming. We found exactly what we wanted and ordered two suits. Lovely, quality fabrics, endless choices for style, linings, buttons, pockets, etc… so fun! Can’t wait to receive and try them on

  They called me to pick up my suit after alterations, I went and got it but didn’t have time to try on in store. Got home and realized that they never made the alterations. I picked up the exact same suit I dropped off. It even still has the markings of the changes they were supposed to make

  My experience across multiple Boston INDOCHINO locations has been fantastic! James at the Seaport location and Andrew at the Dedham location along with the staff at the Newbury Street location are all great! I purchased a custom wedding tuxedo along with other accessories and the customer service I received throughout the entire process was great, would highly recommend.

  I’d give 0 stars if possible. Shirt quality is terrible, they ship from China. Sizes were completely off. Refused to give a refund. Terrible customer service. Would avoid at all costs
