Gave them my paperwork in February and they didn't do my taxes until April 20th. Also, im yet to receive my taxes. Best 200 spent ever smh.

This was my first time filing here. I had an amazing experience with Irene. She was knowledgeable and talked me step by step. She’s even helping me fix an error for my taxes last year that another tax person messed up. The fee was a-little pricy but she was able to give me a discount since I was a new client. I appreciate the good customer service right when I walked in to talking to Irene. Will be doing my taxes here from now on

Irene was excellent. She was friendly, caring, thorough, and very knowledgeable. If I am still living in East Boston next year, I will definitely call her to for an appointment to do my taxes.

First time going to a person after years of turbo tax. The cost isn't significantly different and I appreciated some human interaction and having someone give me context and explanation for the numbers and my outcome.

The professional yet super comfortable interaction with the staff was amazing! C knew how to process my taxes in order to gain max returns and still keep my good status with the IRS. She was able to explain how the money I took out of my 401k impacted me and helped me still get some money back. She is super intelligent, empathetic, and just flat out amazing at her job.
